Do Not Order!
We found this company through Instagram and, because we focus on natural and holistic health, it seemed to be something that would be beneficial. The video was not AI, was extremely informational, and overall seemed to be reputable.
Order was placed on June 26 and I was given a tracking number that never moved from the warehouse. I couldn’t get in touch with customer service. On July 27, I was charged again for the same amount. I called my bank, explained the issue and was apparently set up automatically for a subscription. There was no option for this on the website, no box to uncheck, and nothing in the fine print.
My bank advised me to cancel my debit card and file a fraud claim, which I did. Once that was filed I finally received a response from customer service saying there was nothing they could do, so I had to file a second fraud claim because shipping had still not updated. I was able to get a refund through my bank for the first order, but the second auto ship is STILL in limbo because the company is completely unresponsive.
This has become a circular mess.
