Easy to use would recommend (although haven’t had to make a claim)! So can’t speak on claims process

Cracked my htc u11 screen and sent it off and two weeks later rang for an update and was told that it had been sent and that i would receive it within the next few days. One week later i rang for another update and was put on hold for 10 mins and then the line went dead. Got an email the next day now telling me that the phone cant be repaired and that they would be in touch about replacement options.
After that i rang and asked to speak to a manager and after a 30 mins call found out that the company they use for repairs OLOGIC!! fixed my screen but in the process broke my speakers and my battery and claim they can't get the parts so it cannot be repaired.In the end a got a very good cash some and with it brought a new handset.
Better buy insurance are good but the company they use for repairs ologic are dreadful. please check the online reviews they really are terrible.

Very easy and straight forward and an excellent price

Brought phone insurance for really good price after buying the s9 unfortunately I dropped the phone after 3 days of taking the policy out rang them to claim and expected hassle - absolutely not was so smooth no quibbles and claim handled quickly and no problems whatsoever will definitely recommend 👍🏼

Don’t waste your money or time with this company
They won’t even offer you second hand phones!

I lost my one week old phone Samsung s8 and when i told my insurance company they said they will pay me money coz they don’t have a phone in stock. They paid me only half of the price I cannot buy phone with that. When I rang up then agent told me you can buy refurbished handset with that!!!

£350 is enough for refurbish hand set ??!! Then the agent said in our term and condition we mentioned about replacement of refurbish phones.. first thing they don’t even give you even second hand phone!!

A while ago I boughta new phone from eBay it was a HTC u11
A crap phone but it was brand new a bit cheaper because it was off eBay thought I had better insure it so I went with better Buy insurance or super gadget cover
I didn't read a lot of the small print because it all seemed straight forward
Then I dropped my phone and cracked the screen I rang up safe in the knowledge my phone was covered
First they said I did not have a policy with them as they had got my account number wrong and took it upon themselves to cancel the policy
After a few choice words I got that sorted phew
Next they asked for proof of purchase which I had in the form of my eBay account to which I got I'm sorry your not insured as the phone was brought abroad it's in the terms
OK I moaned a bit as they had not yet taken any money out of my account I left it at that and got my phone repaired 144 quid good firm
A few weeks later I found 18.18 had gone out of my account
Not expecting that I went overdrawn at the bank, so I rang them a bit annoyed by now spent a hour on the phone played up hell they agreed to refund me OK
Cost me on my phone bill and me overdrawn now angry, they overturned the original decision to my claim " just send the phone in and we will sort it out" but it's been done already I could not use the phone and you said it wasn't covered "OK well I can see why you've done that just send the bill"
Two weeks later oh it's not one of our approved repaires so we can't pay out we've refunded the money you paid and canceled your insurance
What about making me overdrawn what about the wasted phone calls

Very quick and consise system. Nothing to complain about, haven't made a claim yet though so cannot comment on how they handle that.

Seems reasonable, haven't claimed so I can't really comment on that side of things. However I'm yet to receive any insurance documentation regarding my policy. Even after asking over the phone to clarify my policy.
