Really easy to sign up online and was able to find all the information I needed. I think I missed typed a number putting my direct debit details in and I got an e-mail fairly quickly to inform me of the error. I contacted customer service and the girl I talked to was really nice and helpful, even muting the call recording when I gave my account details to set up the direct debit. Only had the policy a month and haven't had to claim yet.

Getting the policy was very straight…
Getting the policy was very straight forward as are all insurance policies. Always obliging in taking your money, The test will be if and when I need to make a claim.
As with all insurance companies they will wriggle and squirm as soon as you mention the C word (claim)
