Decent products, probably one of the worst customer experiences

Honestly my experience with Better days hasn't been great if I consider it in its 'entirety'.

Product quality is good, but man the customer experience and delivery times / experience has been less than ideal and extremely underwhelming.

Order was placed on the 28th of June and has just been delivered on the 1st of Aug, which to me personally, is unacceptable (even if you account for a few more days or reasonable delays). Taking over 33 days for a single t-shirt is simply unacceptable, when in fact the website clearly states its 3-17 business days for standard international shipping. This was nearly double what is stated. And don't come at me that it says "business days" because inspite of that the time to delivery is still completely unacceptable (23 business days to deliver from the date of order).

What's even more disgraceful is that emails to check on updates regarding delivery went completely unanswered. Upon reaching out over IG DMs, I was told yeah "emails tend to get clogged up" so better to use DMs. It was so matter of fact and just the tonality of it all like yeah, we tend to not get back over emails. No apology or courtesy for not even acknowledging the email. An example of terrible customer experience really - like why write in the email when an order is placed "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at 'stated email ID' if you have zero intentions of recognizing the very importance of this communication channel.

The actual order status was not even updated till mid-July and no proactive communication was received tendering an apology for the delays or even recognizing the delays.

All in all, while the product quality is decent, the whole experience has left a very sour taste and I would not recommend shopping from this brand and their website.

Decent clothes. Really Poor Customer Service

Decent clothes. Really poor customer service. Tracksuit arrived & is nice, but 4 x emails/messages without reply.

Updated to * start after realising a month on, after numerous messages & confirmation that they had cancelled an order, I still haven’t had a refund or reply
