Product they sent was not as described in their size chart and had stains on one of the shirts. When I tried to return it for a refund they said "may send the order to our Asia warehouse via the cheapest tracking service in the post office. The postage costs $10-$40 and it takes 2-4 weeks for delivery according to customers' feedback. And the return postage will be borne on your side" AND "beside we’ll charge 10% of item’s price for handling fee." Nothing in their return policy said any of this.

Terrible shipping times, terrible customer service. Stay away from these scammers

First time ordering on Betterlook. I have to say - I'm really impressed and happy with my purchase. My boyfriend loves it so much, the finishing, design of the suit is top notch - it was a surprise gift for him. The delivery and packaging was superb. Arrived on time and totally worth the £. You have to buy it, see it, and feel the material.

FRAUD! Buyer beware! Ordered shirt for £39 - not received. No emails answered and phone line not working. Checked on company and the only positive review here was by the registered company Director! SCAM!

Have not received my order I’ve sent numerous emails.I needed the item for a wedding that how now been and gone. Hopefully I can get my money back

Prom suit has not arrived. Contacted twice by email and phone line is dead. They have taken my money. Does anyone know how I can reclaim?

Still waiting on delivery. Every attempt to contact them has failed. The phone number and web chat provided are not in service. I've sent emails and received no reply. They may be a fraud. You don't want to use this service.

Ordered & paid for a suit on the 9th May and still have had no communication from Better Look other than their initial acknowledgement

I made two different purchases for four different items that were advertised as available but better look refunded my full money that the items are not available.
If any item is not available, they should not advertise that it is and should not put up people's hopes by accepting payment then turning around to refund it.
I feel very upset with them as a result of this.

Be careful before buying no customer service for exchange or return I tried to exchanged my blazer but been simply ignored

The whole experience was great well made suits that fit perfectly and good delivery times and very helpful.
