Received my order today

Received my order today, Swift delivery and well packaged. People often complain when the order doesnt come right away but its from England so its to be expected, no customs charges either which is good. 10/10

Good Products, Better Service.

Good Products, I been using them since last year, recent order was slow however i understand they had some serious supply issues at the warehouse, they made up for it by giving me free product and teeth whitening kit and it arrived on time like they promised.

Quick dispatch of items.

Service is good and quick dispatch. Lost one star as on the website it’s very hard (if not impossible) to order the hair tonic. It always directs you the supplements. I can’t remember how I do it now but I know I always have problems.

Useless

Ordered mid April. A few days later I get an email saying I’d get the package in a couple of days. Mid May I begin to wonder where the package is so I email better man….I get no reply. I email again a few days later…..no reply. I’ve now had to file a dispute with PayPal and, so far, no reply from better man.
Brilliant.

Not happy I'm still waiting for the t…

Not happy I'm still waiting for the t boost I payed for...your customer feed back is rubbish.if you dnt send me my months t boost I will report you ok.and the 1st one I bought is alot potent then 2nd so I'm not happy bout that either.sort this out plz.

One delivery never arrived

One delivery never arrived, emailed twice, second email to cancel monthly supply. No one bothered to reply, eventually I put a block on my card. Hopefully they will not attempt to take money this month.
Not impressed with product or customer service.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, been trying to get in contact with them about my order for over 3 weeks, no one has attempted to contact me and explain why I haven't received my order for over 6 weeks. When it should of been next day. Just awful service.

Well if I had received the product I would be in a position to comment,I'm just wondering if its a scam site as I have had no emails or notification of delivery, if you are a genuine site then please deliver my product....if your not then I will hunt you down via face book and get you closed down

I would give it zero if it was an…

I would give it zero if it was an option. They took my money, did not deliver. Did not even dispatch.
They failed to reply to my enquiry/complaint emails.
6 weeks later no response. No goods. No refund.
Do not order from these fraudsters.

Always loved this company and their…

Always loved this company and their products but since their so called flood earlier in the year something is radically wrong.
Nobody answering messages or emails. My money being taken but no delivery of goods.
Going to have to block my bank card as probably never get money back. How do companies get away with this?

Paid for a subscription and have had last two months payment taken from my account - no products sent and despite emails to request a refund of funds ie £40 not even courtesy of an acknowledgment let alone a response or refund
