First I had a bad experience BUT
First I had a bad experience, that i was charged money for a service i did not sign up to. It turned out all information had ended up in my junk-emails. I was pretty upset with the customer service when reaching out but they were so nice and understanding, and helped me right away. I never used the program but i would probably recommend better me anyway. :) and light come back to try it another time.

I love this app
I love this app. It has everything! Plenty of workouts and different plans, nutrition counseling, meals and recipes! And the costumer service is super attentive!

Very good app for calisthenics. I feel much better and healthier. And I also lost a lot of weight! Also kudos to customer service since my subscription problem was fixed within 4h. Great response times!

Good application to keep you in good shape. Good support.
Initially I had my subscriptions purchased directly at BetterMe. At some point I renewed via AppStore subscription. As result my Calisthenics plan and training history disappeared. I opened case with BetterMe suport. Issue got rsolved in a few hours. No issues now. I subscribbed for a whole year. Using this application since September 2024 and just purcharsed next 12 month subscription. It helps me to keep myself in a good shape.

Cancellation
I sign for a free period, after a week I did not feel comfortable with the up, I cancelled it, in my Apple account said it was cancelled, but a mount later the have charged me for a full month, now they are telling me I did not follow the way properly, and that I should have an email saying that it was cancelled,
I did not have it, so, out of pocket.

Great customer service
I didn't quite manage to practice a full program, because of health problems, but I had a good experience with the customer service. After analysing my case they refunded the part of the money that was not used in the program. The exercies and the schedule look really good

Worst, worst, worst customer service ever
Worst, worst, worst customer service I have ever had. They deducted money twice in one month from my bank account for one subscription. I have send them proof of my bank account statement. They told what I saw was wrong and it just disappears twice in my app but there was no money taken. Left me in the dark with that, called my bank and they confirmed the money was taken twice but still no refund.

Issues dealt with VERY quickly
Downloaded the app to try and help achieve progress to better health and fitness after a long spell of illness. Signed up for what I thought was a special offer for 3 months. Emailed Customer Services who responded very very quickly and resolved the issues.
They were sympathetic and assisted me quickly. Many thanks to them for that.
