A fantastically easy, safe and straight forward viewing process. Emma and Paul are very well organised and are incredibly quick & responsive to messages. Within a day of messaging Paul took me on a virtual viewing of the house, the following day I had a covid-safe in person viewing. The pictures, descriptions, websites reviews and adverts are as described and very informative. Very friendly landlords with very pleasant tenants that I briefly met on the in person viewing. 5 star viewing process!!

Efficient and friendly landlords.
The moving in process was quick and easy. The rooms are all decorated to the same high standard. If there has been any issue it is sorted straight away. If you ask for something to be put up in your room it is done as soon as possible. I'm throughly enjoying my time here.

Excellent, caring landlords.
The landlords (Emma and Paul) are extremely friendly, efficient and seem to have a genuine interest in their tenants unlike any rented property I have stayed in. They are constantly checking up on people and willing to buy communal house items such as crockery, outdoor seating and barbecues.
They were especially brilliant during the COVID19 outbreak when the house had to go into isolation as they were doing regular shopping trips for everyone and showed a personal care for everyone involved rather than just worrying about their own financial implications.
Could not recommend more highly.

Paul and Emma have been fantastic...
Paul and Emma have been fantastic landlords. They are both really easy to contact and have been great at resolving any issues in the house. They have gone the extra mile i.e. they gave the house a bbq to help make the lockdown a bit easier to live through during the COVID-19 pandemic. I would recommend any of their properties to anyone who are looking for a houseshare.
