Engraver Never Arrived, Run Don't Walk from BETTER SNATCH

Since the website is back up and running as of 0544EST on 4/2/2019, I thought I would share with all that have had such a great experience with them, that their customer support email should be back up and running (wink).

Seems with almost 100 folks with the exact same experience, a class action suit may be in order. Since it is China, will be get anything....probably not. But I would suggest peppering them with emails. The hope would be to get the advertisement pulled from the supporting sites and choke them out.

My order #6251, still not replaced after a Virginia deliver was completed in Ohio.

Disgusted

Well, looks like I’m in good company.
Ordered in November. They finally “supposedly “ shipped it and gave me a tracking number and everything. Imagine my surprise when it showed that it was delivered...in Minnesota! Not Tennessee.
I was definitely robbed. They won’t return emails. They got what they wanted...my hard earned money!
Stay away from this company!

AVOID them like the PLAGUE!!! Purchased in Late September, it FINALLY arrived in November, but it was defective, would never light up and burn. Multiple emails sent, they would take anywhere from 3 weeks to never to responding.
I feel so take advantage of and so angry. I am out $179, don't let them get you too!
I am so frustrated with myself for even thinking this would be a good idea. SHAME on them for stealing hard working peoples money and sending out crap!!!!!!!! I know LOADS of people that have these and LOVE them. Just not from these scammers!

I ordered a unit in November 2018 and…

I ordered a unit in November 2018 and they lost it in shipping and now the company does not exist. They will not answer any emails or refund my money. I am screwed once again by a Chinese company that only cares about stealing money and not providing any of the promised services.

I had the same experience as most of you. I sent them the following email and received a credit on my credit card account the next day:

This is one last attempt to resolve my order (Order# 1283). One of 3 things will happen: A) I receive the order or B) You issue an immediate and complete refund or C) I file a formal complaint with the whatever authorities I need to, one of which will be ‘Domains by Proxy, which you hide behind. I’m also in the process of building a consumer website in which you stand to be the poster child in the ‘Do not do business’ section. Let’s try to resolve it. You have my previous emails so you should be very aware of the situation. To recap quickly, the wrong address was placed on the package. It is one digit off. It came close but didn’t make it. USPS won’t simply let the recipient change the address since they would open themselves up to massive fraud if they did. The change needs to come from you, the sender. I’ve tried to explain that before but you guys just keep telling me to take it up with the post office. So to date, the only fraud has been you. Right now, I’ve paid for a product that I have not received and you seem to have no interest in me receiving the product. In a nutshell, you have stolen my money. I want it back or the product with no more excuses or redirects. I’m not going away. Get used to either me or my attorney being in your face every day until this is resolved to my satisfaction.

As stated in other reviews below, this site is a total Chinese scam...merchandise is supposedly sent then redirected to other locations around country...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

I have filed complaint with US Postal Service, Better Business Bureau (complaint includes web hosting company DomainsByProxy.com for aiding and abetting a fraudulent business operation) and disputed the charges with my credit card company.

My ADVICE: NEVER EVER order directly from China, too many gangster there - Only order thru secured sites like Alibaba, Aliexpress or Amazon etc.!!!

I wish I could give a -5 rating. I placed my order 17 Nov. By their own site, it should have shipped no later than 10 business days. On day 11, allowing for the holiday and weekends, I hadn't gotten an email that it shipped so I emailed them. No response. Two more days, emailed them again. No response. Two more days I emailed and told them to cancel my order. No response. It was delivered 10 Jan. BTW, email is the only way to contact them. Wish I had seen these reviews before I placed the order. I'm undecided if I should bother sending it back, especially since I bought another one off Amazon. It was a Christmas gift so I wasn't willing to wait.

Ordered in October..never received..kept getting a generic email..Please do not buy from them. If you still want the laser printer Amazon has it, and for a cheaper price. Bank refunded my account but would love to see this company pay for restitution...

Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company. They confirmed my order. Sent a tracking number that was worthless to me. No way to track or read the China script. They responded to my emails saying they understand the frustration but it is on the way. I ordered in October. Charged my CC. I'll file for a refund. I'll also file complaints with FTC. They need their import license revoked.
