Used them for 2 years, worked great got lots of applicants; hired through them each year. My business is seasonal and I hire more every summer and reduce staff over the winter when work slows down.

I reccomended Betterteam to 3 other companies in the exact same industry and our job ads are almost identical. Somehow as of last year (3rd year using them) they blocked me and said the job ads won't post my jobs. The other companies I recommended them to are still using them without issue. I try messaging them and they just ghost me. Indeed is the scummiest company out there and it is unfortunate the dominance they have when literally every single business owner I know hates using Indeed and only uses it because of the presence they have in our local area. BetterTeam is owned by Indeed and has shown me they are no different. (I've had this conversation with dozens of business owners)

Betterteam is not a trustworthy platform. I have been using this company on and off. When I first used them 2 years ago it was great. My company was looking for new employees recently and this platform has gone down drastically. I have been fighting with jobs being posted, candidates not answering or showing up. I told Betterteam about this, they informed me they cant help who applies. I also had a employee that I let go. They went on my post and wrote me an inaccurate review of my company and myself. I informed them of the review and they told me that there is nothing that I can do. I would have to call the platforms (yes more than one) and ask them to remove it. I informed them that the other platforms cant remove the review. I cant even respond do to I dont actually have an account with these platforms. I was informed that there is nothing they can do. One of the representatives told me he would reach out to the CEO to see if anything can be done. I haven't heard anything from the company. I called a week later and all I get is voicemail. Don't trust this company they are in it for the money. They dont care about your company at all.

" Kelsey" initiates contact through WhatsApp, using a Canadian business phone number registered to " Sheldon Shields". The unsolicited offer is for work at home positions with a company called Betterteam located in California. These sort of calls I have already blocked originating from the Philippines.

They texted me about a job offer and that their name is Lucy and that they have details to share, I don't know how they got my number, SCAM COMPANY

I am not a customer of this awful company. But they text me every single day. I block them and they just use a different number. "Sarah" texts me every day. I would NEVER use a company that harasses people with constant texts. I never asked for them to text me. I've never even looked them up until today.

Betterteam is SPAMMING me over and over and over via text. I block the number and they send again via another. Scam company!

In a full year I only got 36 total applicants. Only 1 actually met my criteria. Waste of money.

Email received saying none of the job boards will take the job postings we put forward.

We know at least one of them will, as we currently have jobs posted on there.

Perhaps Betterteam should reflect on their own credibility as to why job boards don't accept postings from them....

This company does not meet services offered nor provided as per its means...which is providing job boards to post job positions for hiring employees. There are many many many companies that is only commission pay, and their job postings cannot be done like many other companies. This is discrimination and inability to provide adequate services as stated in their own words.

Not worth the time. They can't get you any candidates.

I MADE MY POST TO HIRE PEOPLE DIRECTLY. I GOT REJECTED, AND YET THEY HAVE SIMILAR JOB POSTINGS. SO, I STARTED A CHAT WITH THEM. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT, THEY HAVE NO WAY, NO ABILITY OR SOLUTION TO GET MY JOB HIRING POST LISTED. NO SOLUTION AT ALL. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, EVEN AS AN INDEED OWNED WEBSITE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL. RUN, RUN AWAY!!!

Posted a job, and got an email the next day saying it was rejected (no reason given) and that they were deleting my account... It was for a sales role, very similar to thousands of ones I see on job boards daily. Reached out to support with no response. Tried again the next day.....no response. Tried again the next and finally got a response but it was underwhelming. They still couldn't give me a reason and when I gave up trying I let them know I would try to post another role (my account still looked active) I'm looking to fill and was told it wouldn't go through because my account was already being shut down and wished me luck. Good luck? What kind of customer service is that? No effort to resolve my issue so I will happily take my money elsewhere. I had high expectations and they quickly slapped those down and ran me off.
