This is Sherrie Phillips from Chesapeake. Virginia I. Wanted to finish my story about how much ketamine treatments for depression anxiety PTSD has worked. Let me explain I do live on a fixed income like most people my age, but when I decided investigated ketamine treatments for six months, I thought what the hell it can’t be worse than anything that I’ve ever tried before so I tried it. It was not awful. It was beautiful. It was amazing. It was like God came down and cleared out my brain yeah I’m still depressed. I will always have depression because you have to manage that like you do any other disease. This is how I manage it ketamine treatments work if you got the money if you don’t got the money you’re worth it. I didn’t think I was at first, but now that I’ve seen the benefits I am worth every dime my spell on your myself and you can buy small packages just to try it or you can go big like I did I thought well what the heck and it worked and I am sitting here crying because I feel so blessed that God showed me this treatment and I hope all of you out there that is suffering from depression, anxiety, or PTSD and nowhere else to turn. This might be something you might want to consider don’t watch the news. Don’t read articles. You don’t know their reputable Read stuff that really talks about mental health like the suicide hotline number or any organization that supports mental health. I am so glad that this treatment came out for those books that suffer from this disorder again I manage it just like any other disease, but ketamine has made it so much easier to live a quality of life. I signed up with Better U a couple months back. Every detail was covered and the sessions went very well for me. I had taken a IV treatment in the past and they were able to convert the dose very well.

In less than a week, I was setup and ready to begin treatment. This treatment (unlike IV treatments) allow you to sit with the experience on your own time. That makes a huge difference. They also accompany the treatment with a set of optional programs that I'd highly advise you do. Just the programs alone I found were very beneficial.

If you're nervous, they will guide you and get you acclimated. The first treatment is all about getting a feel for the experience and what to expect. Support is top notch and it's completely safe. Just follow their guidelines.

Overall, this was a great experience and I'd highly recommend this to anyone; especially if you have some issues you're trying to work through. This is an absolute game changer. One thing to note though, this is not the end all be all solution. But, it's a fantastic tool and assistant to get you to where you want to go. I'll go out on a limb and say this: What you can accomplish in a year+ of therapy you could achieve in a month. I know, I've done both extensively now...

The program is well run, they’ve got different guides for each session along with different journaling prompts. Really a great overall experience

I really appreciated being able to speak on the phone with Kathryn; she was able to answer all of my questions and talked with me for quite a while about the things I could do to maximize my experience with this program, and it was really great to be able to talk with her about the changes I have already been experiencing, too- this is the 1st time I've ever done ketamine therapy, so I really appreciated the personal touch of a phone conversation. Talking to Kathryn allowed me to get that little bit of extra hand holding that I needed.

My experience with Better U has been nothing but positive! They have a highly responsive and compassionate support team. It’s super easy to message the team via the app, and they always respond within a timely manner. The two counselors I have worked with (Alejandro and Cathy) have been very supportive and insightful, sharing very important and relevant knowledge to improve my treatment experience and my overall mental health. While suffering from Complex PTSD for decades before it was ever a legit diagnosis, I have finally found tremendous relief through Ketemine sessions. I have transformed past traumas and memories into more of a benign history as I pieced together these events. Journaling, discussion and weekly sessions have helped me to become more at ease as I truly put the past behind me.

This is a very good company with a great product. For starters, Better U is fantastic with communications, with whatever you need. Their staff is friendly and attentive, and always willing to help. The product itself, the ketamine, has been a game changer for me. It's a powerful medication, with powerful results. For me, I found it best to use the medication in tandem with your therapist, to make the most out of the experiences. Better U itself provides tons of resources on their website to make the sessions more effective. My only negative is that beginning of the process can be a bit overwhelming, with the initial information to absorb and the first session of ketamine itself. But again, Better U is there to help you navigate this. If you have stubborn or treatment resistant depression or anxiety, this is a transformative medication backed by a supportive and well run company. The ketamine is no cure, but it has put me in a strong and lasting remission, and that's just as good. They are definitely worth the try. Thank you Better U!
