Good customer service

Bettervits uk has given me exceptionally good customer service. Having encountered an issue they responded very quickly with a full refund. I was surprised how keen they were to resolve my problem and have made the whole process very easy.

BROKEN SEAL

Parcel arrived with Metabolic plus over a week ago and the package looked as though it had been opened and the seal was broken. I emailed straight away then again 3 days later and still no reply. Also sent pictures of this. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to starting this product.

First time buying from Bettervits

First time buying from Bettervits. Had a query regarding subscription and it was answered promptly and helpfully.
Based on today's communication I would say their customer service was great.

No customer service

Terrible customer service. They charged me for two items on subscription, shipped only one and I have contacted them multiple times and had no response. I will be cancelling my subscription and taking it up with my bank. For what they charge for what is supposed to be a premium product I expect better customer service

Great customer services

Great customer services, received order always on time. Happy with my repeated prescription and when I wanted to cancel it or change it to something else was very easy to do through a simple message. I will keep buying from them.

This company is fraudulent regardless…

This company is fraudulent regardless of their automatic replies on reviews in TrustPilot. As many people have complained, they put me on a subscription without my knowledge. They also give you no knowledge that you are on a subscription and there is no way to cancel online. They do not respond to emails or contact forms. Of course there is no number to call. It is too bad because I think there probiotics are good. I would not recommend this company with such bad customer service. If they do cancel, I will have to put a stop on my credit card. If they do not respond, I will also put in a complaint with BBB.

This company are awful to deal with

This company are awful to deal with. I have a surplus of a product, so simply wanted to cancel my subscription. The site will not allow me to do this. Furthermore, it will not allow me to remove card details. No reply to my emails either. Avoid!

I set up one subscription only to find…

I set up one subscription only to find that 2 have been set up. £80 taken from my account each month and 2 lots of vitamins delivered when I only need one a month. No option to cancel subscription, tried emailing for a refund and to cancel the subscription, no response but an immediate email telling me items have been dispatched …

I didn't received all the items and…

I didn't received all the items and even I sent an email, nobody contacted me.
But they sent a couple emails with the thank you and the truspilot review.
Bettervits you really should check the emails you get from your costumers and the how you package the items. I still miss 2creatin.

I would like to have put no stars…

I would like to have put no stars please do not order from this company as you locked into a subscription which is clearly not stated I discovered today with an email that they were sending my order which clearly I had not intended them to send me as I thought I was ordering one pot and make it difficult for you to cancel the subscription I have emailed this company telling them to delete my subscription but apparently this is often ignored I paid by PayPal so have now cancelled the next payment so hopefully they cannot take any more funds

A great find is Bettervits!

I have been taking the magnesium blend for about 4 months now. I think its helping but it has coincided with a very stressful time so I can't be 100% sure! I was diagnosed with Vit D3 deficiency so this takes care of that too. I also take the probiotic which definitely keeps me healthy in the tummy/digestion sense. I love the brand. Their site is easy to use, informative and the products are great. I will be ordering again. I wish I could try more but budgets dictate.
