Reading the previous reviews on here I was starting to get sceptical about actually receiving the product as the shipping took quite some time, just over estimated time of arrival. I just got it today so this is not a review of the product itself, more a review to say at least I got my order. One concern I got is what material it's made of. I don't know if it's the case it comes with or the pipe itself, but if you really come close and smell it, it smells quite badly. I think it's the case mostly.

Adding this to my regular voice warm up/exercise routine has made for more efficient glottal compression with less effort. It wasn't until I got on stage, wearing IEM's that this really became obvious.

Do your regular scales or just hum along with the radio.

VT could improve on this product with a more rounded "mouthpiece" and/or a rubber "bite tab" (I am probably lacking the proper terms) this would help to relax the singers embouchure, equating to less jaw tension.

This tool is way overpriced it probably cost $.10 to make. Honestly it reminds me of those toys you blow on at New Year’s Eve.

I did eventually receive the thing. It’s 3D printed and looks fairly cheap. That said, it does what it says it does and the information that came with it is quite good. I’ve only just received it after quite some shenanigans, so I’ve not used it for enough time to see any difference. The process of actually receiving it was torturous. The first package arrived after 4 weeks and had a U.K. power cord inside. That was it. My first thought was, OK I’ve been scammed. I took pictures, emailed them to the Better Voice customer service address with a short complaint. They said they’d deal with it, which they did. A further 2 weeks and another package dropped through my letter box and lo, I had the thing I ordered. So, it does actually exist as an item just be cautious, patient and angry if/when your order goes TU.

Ordered one of these over a month ago, but have yet to receive it and despite emailing them several times to ask when it’s arriving they have not replied. I think this is a scam so I will be cancelling my purchase on my card and letting the bank deal with it. Do not buy as you will not get your purchase.

It's a scam, I never received anything. Don't buy.

I ordered the product in November. Received a confirmation of purchase and a tracking number. However, have yet to receive the product. I have emailed BetterVoice numerous times and have not gotten a response. Do NOT order from them.

I paid since 3 months and didn't receive the item. No body responds to emails and messages.

Ordered but not received, Emailed 3 times and no response! I am contacting my credit card company to cancel the transaction. Very disappointed.

I did finally receive the product, so seller is capable of shipping -- just not when they say they will. They say to email them with concerns, but don't answer emails. Good communication with customers can make or break a company. I called AMEX to cancel the charge, before I saw it had shipped. Always sad to see a great product vanish due to customer neglect. Still have not received a reply to any of my emails. Three stars is generous, and only given because the product actually arrived.

I ordered this item for my daughter on 6/18/24. On 7/1/24 I had to email Better Voice to ask why the item that I had already been charged for had not yet been sent. On 7/2/24 Braden Oswald thanked me for my patience and stated that the item would be sent soon. On 7/6/24 I received an email from USPS stating that the item was undeliverable due to insufficient address and returned to sender. The address I provided to Better Voice was the same address used to send other packages to my daughter with no problem. On 7/10/24 I was notified by USPS that the item was delivered back to and received by Better Voice in Pleasant Grove, UT. On 7/16/24 I emailed Braden Oswald regarding the situation. My email was ignored. On 7/24/24 I emailed sales@bettervoice with the same information hoping to get a resolution to the problem and my email was .....IGNORED!!! I disputed the charges with my credit card company on 8/2/24 and as of today, 9/16/24 I was notified that my claim was closed, sadly WITHOUT a refund of my money for the item that Better Voice still has in their possession. I'm not sure what kind of false information was given to my bank by Better Voice, but I'm STILL without a Better Voice device and my $45.44, both currently with Better Voice. I'm hoping that since my emails were IGNORED that writing this review will get someone's attention at Better Voice and finally fix this issue. Do BETTER Better Voice.

No product can’t get hold of customer support

I bought a vocal trainer and never recieved it.
Contacted customer support 3 times with no answer, Even after a month.

I was looking forward to using it, so its a real shame, but i cant reccomend this to anyone. Probably another scam-site, as i cant Even Get a refund.

I hate to be negative about a smaller company sadly this hasn't been great.

Ordered 2 of their vocal trainers, 1 engraved, on 16th July. These haven't shipped. Two emails haven't been answered, I've no idea where these are in the process.

Sadly I needed these for next week and due to shipping highly unlikely I'll have them in time so I'll be cancelling the order and charging back on the card.

Again a real shame but I can't recommend this company given my experience.

Super happy with better voice. They have a super flexible platform that helps our disparate sales team operate effectively.

The support is great. They work well over chat sessions and the phone. They help whenever there is a configuration issue. Any issue I have had has been on my end. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be one going forward.

This company Better Voice is really good. So easy to get up and running quickly. The interface is so feature -rich and also looks great/easy to use. The service is excellent. The prices are low. I gave up on Skype calling/forwarding and when I contacted Twilio they were difficult. But, Better Voice really rocks. I totally recommend them. I am using their service for my business now.
