Title: €10,000 Withdrawal Delayed – Avoid

Review:
Requested €10,000 in withdrawals starting 1st August — still pending with no proper explanation. Support keeps saying “internal checks” but won’t give details or timeframes.

I’ve completed all verification. This feels like stalling. Be careful — they’re not paying out.

Betti casino has now started releasing funds so I have changed my rating.
More transparency would have saved this issue occurring.

Firstly my deposit isn't credited transaction was successful after providing evidence of transaction still will not accept this as proof will not credit my account. Secondly rather foolishly deposited into my account. On the deposit page a warning stating by making this deposit any bonus will be forfeigted. Won upto around £50 on sweet bonanza when leaving the game balance went to zero. Unable to get game history with error message therefore can not provide exact time and amount but response was bonus expired whilst playing forfeiting balance as in terms and conditions. I never use deposit bonus as dont like wager requirements no bonus no response apart from first transaction was not processed. Update they credited balance after this review. Still awaiting deposit.

The casino bonus system has had an overhaul and I was promised my bonuses would be backdated. After spending several thousand on this site . I deposited last night and the funds haven't shown in my account. I have informed support and they keep telling me to supply screenshots when I she explained already that my banking app won't let me screenshot as it is a security risk. I've just waited over 30 minutes to speak to someone on customer service. After answering one question, I went to ask another question and it said that "Ross" had left the chat. And I was placed 24th in the que again!
