they refused too admit to me that i can redeem my loyalty points. when asked how much points i have they told me 13316 loyalty points. thats 1$ for every 100.
when i kept on reminding the assist person about them he would change the subject and talk about somthing else or ask if i am depositing.
when i reminded him about the loyalty redeem he wanted a screen shot. after i showed him screen shot he began trynna giv me another excuse. when i told him what the page said he goe's again and says ''oh those loyalty points i didnt understand that you mean those''.
