Amazingly quick delivery and perfect product
Amazingly quick delivery (especially given it was Christmas!), product exactly how it looked online, wonderful fabric feel and washes well too. This is my second design of Betty Berry shirt and I always get huge numbers of compliments when wearing them and feel fabulous myself too!

Lovely selection, and the speediest replies from customer service I've ever witnessed
Lovely curated vintage selection - I ordered several items and am very happy with them but most of all I was blown away by the customer service! I realised I'd forgotten something from my order and used the web chat to ask if I could add it - had a reply within about a minute and when I placed the new order the postage was immediately refunded. Not only that, I then saw another item, I didnt contact them that time cos I didnt want to be a pain in the bum, but they proactively spotted I'd made another order and refunded the postage without me ever saying anything! I love the look of their own design clothes too, hope to be able to treat myself in future. What a lovely little company, so glad I discovered them!

Beautiful shirt!
Absolutely love my shirt from Betty Berry. The fabric is beautifully soft and the fit is brilliant. As a top heavy build, I’ve always found it a struggle to get button up shirts that don’t gape at the chest but this fits wonderfully.
