Stickers were not included
Stickers were not included. Print out function is the reason I chose Betty Booth for my wedding and paid for it but there were no printing stickers

Hi Ayaka, im sorry you feel this way.
As I explained to you on the phone yesterday, the machine needs electricity to be able to print. We can see from here that you never plugged in the machine to electricity, therefore the photo booth was running on battery power, which allows the booth to take pictures, but not to print.
We have several strategies to prevent this kind of problem:
- Clear instructions in emails before your event.
- instructions inside the box on how to use the machine.
- On every email you have recieved from us, there is an emergency number, that you can call for technical issues.
- The same number is displayed on the screen of the photo booth.
- There is an automated SMS message sent to your phone number before support closes, telling you to please check that everything works.
Also: I can see in your booking that you tested the photo booth the day before your event (also on battery power). Without calling support to ask for help.
The problem would have been easily fixed if you had called the support number, then we would been able to explain to you that you need to plug in the machine to an electrical outlet.
Again we are really sorry that you had this experience, but there was nothing wrong with the machine. You can call me back if you want me to explain what the problem was further.
