So last night I tried to verify my account with Betty Wins casino so I could withdraw my winnings from a bonus they gave me....
For some reason it has a link for a form, which is normal, but the link only sends you to a customer service agent. After that he was little help, he told me I had to send an email to them with copy of the front my drivers license, the back of it, and a selfie with me holding the driver license. I did that and asked how long it would be for verification because every other casino I have used is done with this process within an hour at most. I waited. Waited. Waited. Nothing. Today I asked again and was ignored and told it would take five days. I decided to deposit because I figured they just didn't want to pay my winnings to me because I won them with the free spins they email me quite often. I deposited and won more and went to cash out and still verification is not done!!!!!! It has been well over 20 hours now so I message the customer service agent again. He provides me with an actual link that has a place to upload the documents which makes a ton more sense than me just emailing them to the website. I asked him if he would please check them to make sure they weren't too blurry or something and he is ZERO help what so ever just says he doesn't have access to them and I will receive an email when I become verified. At this point I am regretting depositing money today because I feel like it probably just got thrown away. They will probably have some excuse like I used a bonus and therefore my winnings are not actual winnings or something. Basically this whole experience is a nightmare and if you are reading this I recommend to stay away from Bettywins casino. I hope they verify my account soon and if they do and I actually receive my winnings I will come and change this but as of now I feel like I've been scammed!!!

They don't pay out when you win! They take a very long time to approve your account after you submit a withdrawal. When they finally approve your account and you move forward with your withdrawal they send you an email stating something went wrong while you were playing and your winnings ate null and void.
