Let me just say all these horrendous reviews of the bonuses not paying and so on and so forth. I deposited 40$ today and I got a bonus and Was able to cash out $800. From what I read their cash out isn’t instant and I understand that. But so far so good with Betway, I will update when I receive my Cashout. So far I have no complaints!!! Their slots are generous and not tight as some say. Don’t ruin a sites reputation because you didn’t win, That’s why they call it gambling!!

Wagered 25 pound to get bonuses which was 5× 5 pound accas and it's saying I only wagered 20 tried about 8 times to speak to advisor but was in a queue for over hour didn't get through numerous times 😔😔

I bet on England Ireland New Zealand and South Africa to win at various times.
My England and New Zealand bets have vanished from my account. This was last week and now, this week the Ireland bet has vanished ?? I have contacted the various channels of help

Playing on new game gold digger got the bonus got up to £34 moved up to next level then kicked me off the game won’t let me load and says lost connection it’s been over a week since I played let’s me play every other game but the game I was winning on won’t let me play had email asking me to clear cache which I have done but still no reply from customer services. I think because I was winning they Locked me out the game

Wanted to give it a higher review but:
I signed up for the deposit £10, wager £10, get a 100 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza welcoming bonus, got the email to say I can use them by launching the game and as soon as I did I get the “It seems you’re not logged in.” Which is false; trying to get to an advisor on the live chat is horrendous; unlike other sites and I’m currently in queue and been waiting for nearly an hour, just to get what I’m entitled to after holding up my end of the bargain.
Definitely puts me off from staying as a customer.

Day 10. Have been waiting for 50 dollar withdrawal for well over a week now. Payment sitting on “processing completed”. When I mention to Betway. They want pdf bank statement proving I haven’t received it. I send them that. I send them all the info they asked for and now it’s just no response. CROOKED. Do not put your money if you never want to see it again. I just want the money back that I pulled. It’s sitting somewhere but I can’t get ahold of anyone. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It’s a shame

Day 6 no communication whatsoever.. Account locked now can't contact support. Stole my money and no way to fight them as they only respond through chat. Stay Far far away these people are criminals

I made a pay pal deposit for £100 it went through and never showed in my balance apparently betway rejected it but the Money has still gone live chat is horrendous poor service and no resolution just fobbed off

If you win they restrict your account. They only want losers using them.... so if your account hasnt been restricted then odds are you're giving them money. Stop using this con outfit.

I have been waiting for a bet to settle since March. First time the manager said that will take up to august for them to decide on the game. When august came they said they need further few months in order to decide.
They frozen my account and l have complained to negotiating site as l still have my money frozen not only the winnings.
I am now preparing to follow this case with gambling commission as l have no more hopes that this company will ever pay me back my money.

Never had an issue with Betway. Won quite a lot and speedy withdrawals. However I deposited tried to deposit today and it said it was declined by my bank. So I tried again and it was successful but they’d took both the failed and successful deposit attempts from my bank account but only credited me with one deposit instead of them both?
I’ve emailed them regarding this but trying to speak to someone on live chat is impossible as it’s is all done through automated bots.
I hope this gets rectified soon as I like Betway.

Such a terrible site!! I made a cashout almost 3 weeks ago, i contacted them after 5 days because i couldnt understand why i havent recived my cashout, then they told my that i made to my old card. And they ofcause couldnt transfer them (They didnt even inform me about this i have to contact them to find out where my money was) - Then i was told to verify my new card, i did that after 3 days, everything was approved (my doc)!!.

But after almost 14 days im still waiting to get my cashout!!
