Great customer service
I was able to cash out sometimes within a day sometimes up to 3 business days, but received funds with no issue. And have added funds with no issue. The customer service chat is super nice and helpful, I get bonuses periodically, and I enjoy the variety of games

I started on Bet Whale about a year ago. I have had no issues ever depositing money. But I had a bad experience trying to withdrawl funds. I turned a $50 deposit into 10k after the playthrough was complete. I attempted to pull money out and all of a sudden they declined one of my documents for withdrawal. I waited days and ended up just getting smashed and bet like an ass and gave it all back. I was so disappointed with how everything was handled. I have had an issue with the bonus from the Match X for the last 3/4 weeks. I'm rewarded 25fs on a slot and each time I've attempted to redem the bonus it says this bonus is expired, contact customer support. So I do and 2/3 reps have been very unhelpful. They've said sorry nothing I can do. Its already expired. Even though I tried to redeem it the same day.?.? These 2 reps have not been helpful at all. 1 experience was met with understanding and since they couldnt give me back that "Same day expired bonus" I was given free spins on a different machine. The expected outcome to this situation.
I'm now very careful with putting any more on this site. I have accounts on other sites that I've had no issue with withdrawals so I stuck to those most.
Overall game play was decent and fun. Many of the slot games will hit the bonuses quite often but hard to hit a good one.

I won $1500 and all me credentials were in order because I had withdrawn with them before. Well they sent me $500 and said I needed to submit another withdrawal request for the rest of said it would take another 7 to 10 business days to receive it What if they decide to split it again. They said I didn’t play enough to get the whole withdrawal at one time. That I needed to play more That they had the discretion to split my winnings up however they wanted that it was in their terms and conditions. So not happy with them.

I quit playing this casino due to the extremely difficulty of the verification process. They literally asked for documents that no other casinos do and i had made several deposits so i could tell after struggling with them for 3 days that they just didnt want to release the money i had won. I play on alot of casinos because i have the means to but very rarely i see casinos pull tactics to rip off the customers. I mean it does happen but its rare. Since then they have missed out on alot of money. I spend anywhere from $7k to 15k a month on gambling so you do the math there.
