I deposited $500, but until now I still cannot withdraw the money. Is there any way you can help me? I saw their advertisement saying that deposits are very fast, but when it comes to withdrawals, BetWhale is extremely slow. At this point, I think I will probably lose everything.

I have played on multiple online casinos and sportsbooks over the years and have won multiple jackpots, including payouts exceeding $200,000. On legitimate platforms, I have cashed out $20,000 within 4–6 hours, with real customer service representatives calling me directly and walking me through the fastest and safest payout process.
BetWhale is the complete opposite.
Their customer service is nonexistent. The chat agents appear untrained, powerless, and incapable of answering basic questions. Every response is the same copy-and-paste line: “5 business days.” No explanations, no escalation, no accountability. They do not investigate issues, they do not proactively verify accounts, and they do not assist customers in any meaningful way.
I was already verified when I submitted my withdrawal, yet days later I was told additional verification was needed — something that could have been handled immediately if BetWhale had competent processes. Instead, I was given the runaround, conflicting information, and now told to wait even longer due to their own internal failures.
This is not how a real, regulated company operates.
If BetWhale were licensed and regulated in the U.S., these procedures would be completely unacceptable. The only reason this level of incompetence exists is because they are offshore and unregulated, leaving players with no protection and no real recourse.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not play here. When it comes time to cash out, you are on your own.
There are far better, legitimate platforms that actually pay and actually support their players. BetWhale is not one of them.
So on day #9 it was finally approved which is unacceptable. Once they approve it then they just hold it until they feel like finally letting you get paid. This process is around 300 times slower than all the other sites with the customer service looking like fools cause they are not trained and know nothing. This site is the worst and a absolute joke. Do not play here there are so many sites that you actually can get help with questions and this site has the worst payout policy I mean the #1 worst in the world. I've won $200,000.00 at another site and cashed out $20,000.00 within a couple hours. Whatever these do nothings do in 3 to 5 business days is about as dumb as there customer service chat

They pay just take about a week
and half. Other sites pay within 30 mins they should improve if you need the money soon i wouldnt play here.

I had $1000 in my account with a satisfied $14,000 rollover. I activated a $100 promotion for betting on certain games during the week and was eligible for a $1000 payout immediately. I read the rules of this $100 promotion bonus and nothing surprising until after I activated it.

After I received the bonus, I was told the maximum payout I could receive was now only $500 as opposed to the $1000 in my account. Any bets that I made and won when my balance was over $500 were now considered losers and the amount deducted from my account because it was greater than $500.

They pay only $300 per transaction and usually take 5 days to approve and 5 days to pay, so total of 10 business days for $300, if you're ok with it go ahead otherwise stay away.

Yes, beware and this is very serious for everyone. You will not be paid out 2,500 (their limit) I requested 2,500 but they withdrew only 300 every week! It is my 3rd week. This is by far the worst betting site I have ever used. I have had a good time playing on this betting site and made more than 11.260 EUR on the site. I have requested a withdrawal of 2500 EUR on 19/10/2025. they are advertising fast withdrawals in max 3 days. I have gone to livechat numerous times, whereas support assured me its their fault as they are having more frequient number of transctions. That they are doing their best and it will be processed as soon as possible. After more than a onth of lying, deceiving and not paying out, I came on live chat again to confront them about delayed payments and the contradiction against their own terms and conditions. They clearly do not have any certain proof of me doing anything wrong or abusing their site in whichever way (hence 15 guessing points on which rules i could have break.) . It is funny that they have come to that conclusion more than month and a half since I have requested a withdrawal. They are scammers refusing to pay out customers hard earned money, and the worst part about it is that they won´t even return the deposit, they just confiscated my whole balance on wrongful and unlawful accusations. Still have over $15,000 in my balance and BetWhale continues to pay well under what I try to withdraw weekly. I have tried to withdraw $2,500 for five weeks straight and I have received $2,500, $1,500, $500, $750 and $750.

I continue to get the same feedback. "Large withdrawal requests may be processed in smaller increments" (ALMOST ALL are processed in smaller increments). "This is due to BetWhale payout limits and your current Customer Level, which determine how withdrawals are structured." Funny but I had only been playing a few weeks when the first payout was made in full.

Based on continuing to be paid 30% of my withdrawal it will take almost 26 weeks to be paid the balance. ABSURD.

And BetWhale, PLEASE STOP posting your cut and paste responses to every customer that has a withdrawal issue on this site. "You will review my pending withdrawals in detail to ensure everything is being handled correctly and fairly, escalate my case." blah blah blah! I have had dozens of emails, live conversations and nothing could be farther from the truth of trying to improve my experience.

Easy to deposit money, but impossible to get your money out. You have to get approved, and it would never get done. Tried contacting support multiple times and nothing ever got done. The max payout for the bonus should have been calculated separately from the rest of the bet. So a $300 winning bet ($336 payout normally on +112 odds) could only win $100 ($20 x 5). who in their right mind would make such a bet much less be allowed to be made like this?
