The fact that i have to give a 1 star is terrible,i wouldnt give any stars if that was possible!i havent recieved my order in wich i placed a couple of months ago now!i just wonder how many people this company have done this to and how much money they make from this!they should be shut down.

Dreadful. I would not even give this company 1 star. RUBBISH product, unusable, NON EXISTENT customer service. Avoid it , they rip you off

Absoultly con company i would not order anything and donot get etampted like me after three month not receiving goods i had to fight with credit card company to get my refund.

I ordered from them on May 6, I believe, and have not received my order. The real problem is I CAN'T GET HOLD OF THEM to check. Can anyone help here, I need to get in touch? It's like they have no contact.

Bought a product which came damaged
The same day I emailed them about it only to be told a load of rubbish from there customer services and they wanted me to video the opening of the package which I already obviously opened

I placed order on 7th may and it still hasn't arrived. I haveh to constantly chase up on where my order is and have had only 1 reply. A few days later passed I had to chase up again. I am beyond fed up and want my money back. I have found another website that sells same thing that will be delivered in a few days. Not a number of weeks. Please save your money and stay away

Just an update. I still have not received my order and they continue to tell me they're looking into it, haha. Terrible service as i mentioned and to get better they need to clean the house and get people in there that care. I'd think long and hard before ordering anything from them.

Definitely a scam, DO NOT BUY AT BEUMOON! Ordered three giant bubble inflatable balls for Christmas 2023 and received two small ones. This was a 3 for 2 promotion. So both the item and number of items were wrong. Contacted Beumoon multiple times BEFORE shipping to make sure the details were correct, received absolutely no reply. In March 2024, I finally managed to received a polite "we will investigate the issue" reply. I requested for a full refund and was asked to send photos of all the items. I sent a photo of one of the items and then explained I was unable to recover the other one, a Christmas gift from the recipient! Nothing happened, no money was refunded nor were new items shipped. Appalling customer service, scammy operation.

Re Rocker Lighter the first day I got this Lighter it never worked when I pulled the lever down to strike nothing happened even though it had a flint in the wheel is worn and it doesn't turn so it will not light sent them a video of Lighter which they asked for for my money back someone was supposed to look at the video of Lighter nothing no refund there a bunch of crooks stay well clear of Beumoon site if they can rip you of they will do so.

I ordered the $40 mushrooms mist rain light for my daughter for a Christmas present. They sent a $1, 3 inch tall diffuser. They did not return my emails for a refund. I did a charge back on credit card and that's when they contacted me. I did not want them to send another item, just my refund and how to return the tiny diffuser they sent. They sent item anyway and did not contact me again after I continued to tell them I wanted a refund. Do not buy from this company!

I’m having trouble getting my money sack the keep sending the same email saying they are looking into the problem . I don’t recommend them

I would not exactly say this is a scam business, but pretty close.

They take the order online then struggle with sourcing what they've offered.

They were very shy about providing even an estimated delivery date, so after checking Trustpilot, I cancelled my order.

As I say, be very cautious buying anything from this business!

It’s a scam don’t order from Beumoon. I ordered an item from them and never received it. Tracking item said it was delivered. Contacted Beumoon many times with slow to no response and now they are telling me to dispute the purchase with my credit card company.

Never order from them. They are a scam and total liars. I ordered a small silly lighter for my kids as a stocking stuffer. They sent me the wrong, way less valuable, lighter. I informed them right away about the error and they engaged regularly. After 3 months, still no refund, still no replacement, and no offer to help. Never order from them

No stars if possible. Ordered a floor lamp, received a 4 inch usb piece of plastic that lights up. Emailed them numerous times over 3 months. Eventually they said they would refund me but strangely enough never got the refund. Was then told they changed ownership so I’ll never see it. Robbed me basically. Total scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING.
