Order shortage — parcel #75644, invoice #2701 dated 30.04.2026

Dear Be Urban Team,

I am writing to report a discrepancy in parcel #75644 (invoice #2701 dated 30.04.2026).
Upon opening the package, the following was found:
— Received: 2 swimsuits, size Xl
— Per invoice: 4 swimsuits (2 pcs. size XL, 2 pcs. size L).

The size L art MDZO01 and MDZ11, swimsuits are missing from the parcel. The packaging shows signs of having been opened during transportation. Photo of the received items attached.

Please investigate and arrange reshipment of the missing items at your earliest convenience.

Very slow shipping time

Very slow shipping time. Order since 28 Dec ‘25 until now 12 Jan ‘26 I have not received my item. It’s super delayed!!!!!!

No customer support

There was a problem with my parcel delivery. I tried to contact beurbanrunning on email and WhatsApp and didn't receive any reply - so customer support does not exists at all. Shame. Parcel has been returned to them. Hope that at least they will return my money.

1st time customer/NB Fresh Foam 1080 v14 W

I bought an NB Fresh Foam 1080 v14 at a discounted price, the shoes is very nice which i really loved but i had to return it as it's not the one for me, it lacks the stability that i need.
Return process was smooth, i just filled a form and then they send someone to pick it up. ..emailed me yesterday that the money has been refunded but have not reflected on my acct. yet..TIA
The only downside is that i have to pay for the return shipping which cost me 8€.

Easy to order and return

Everything run smooth and suppert was fast. My right boot turned out to be more tight than my left boot so I had to return it but overall I'm satisfyed with the service
