Wie ein Albtraum
Wie ein Albtraum, wollte stromanbieter wechseln, also hat mir vattenfall ein neues Angebot gesendet und ich habe ihn in einem vattenfall store abgeschlossen nur war mein neuer stromanbieter jetzt bewag. Der Mitarbeiter hat wohl bei der Zahlungsweise irgendwie alten mit neuen Vertrag so durcheinander gebracht das ich Mahnungen bekommen habe, die nicht bei mir zuhause ankamen und jetzt der stress mit den anrufen.

Nach über drei Wochen wird meine Mailanfrage nicht beantwortet. Es kamen nur Hinweise, dass die Mail in Bearbeitung ist. Seit 10 Tagen kommt nun gar nichts mehr.
So ein Anbieter ist für mich glatt durchfefallen!
