Russell and Leah had been an absolute star all throughout the process.

They are very friendly and attentive since the start, from trying to understand which boiler is most suitable right till the completion of the boiler installation!

Be Warm and Cozy feel like a one in a million company. We moved into our new home and the old boiler was 25 years old and costing a fortune to run, whilst providing very little heat.

Russell came the day we reached out and spent well over an hour talking me through the right heating options for our home. It was very obvious he cares deeply about his craft and customers. Within a few days Leah was out, and courteously and quietly getting on with the job. I was encouraged to reach out at any time with questions about our new set up.

Nearly two months on and we have had no issues whatsoever.

This feels less like a company and more like a home support service.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants in-home heating peace of mind!

Came on time both days. Covered everywhere they were working and then got on with the job. Leah who did most of the job at our house was very professional, hard working and friendly. Russell then came to help her finish off. He explained everything to us about operating the new system with patience and a friendly manner.
We are so pleased with our new boiler it has made a massive difference and the 14 year parts and labour guarantee is our peace of mind for the future.

I would like to start by thanking the engineer Leah who did an incredible job. She left us with a fantastic new boiler system and explained all about the thermostat and the app that went with it and how to operate it. We had a new boiler fitted by Be Warm and Cosy. Russell is very informative and clearly knows a lot about boilers. Communication and service was great. Everywhere was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

They replaced my boiler this week.
From start to finish they were exemplary - from the director Russell Rawlinson to their engineer Charlie MC Donald - both of whom were a credit to their company.

Engineers arrived each morning on time. They worked diligently all day cleaning up as the job progressed. We were impressed with the boss over seeing the work at various stages of the installation.
Everything specified on the quotation was carried out to the letter and beyond.

Russell was absolutely brilliant. Although we didn't need to hire him in the end, he responded quickly and was incredibly helpful, offering to lend us heaters whilst we were without heating and to drain our system to stop the boiler leaking. He is very knowledgeable and patiently answered loads of questions. I would have no hesitation recommending him.

We had a 26 years old boiler that was at the end of its life. I had a plumber friend of mine come and try to keep it going but said it needed replacing. I contacted the boiler people and they put me in touch with Russell. I need to thank them for doing so. Russell came round and, like Superman, put it all right with a total new installation. Boiler, radiators, pipe work -the lot. We went on holiday and left it to Russell and co (not forgetting Bret) On returning, found an absolute transformation. The Workmanship is second to none. (with a capital W) The shower was good but now it's great. When you look at what we had done the price Russell charged was very good. The price included removal of all the asbestos. We now have a A+ CH system and a new boiler that's guaranteed for 10 years. Would defo recommend Russell and co.

Professional, friendly, efficient what a find!!!!! Can't recommend enough. When our boiler died on Monday 20th Dec the best date British Gas could offer us was 6th Jan 2022. That meant spending Christmas and New Year with no heating or hot water even though we pay their Homecare policy and have done for years. The only good thing they did was to recommend Local Heroes who put us in touch with Rawlinson Plumbing and Heating (what a godsend that was) Tuesday 21st Dec Brett came to assess the situation and on the 22nd Dec he fitted a brand new boiler. Can't thank Brett enough or Russell for the professional handling of the documentation involved which he sorted without us worrying about a thing. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to any friends and family in fact anyone. Their work ethic is exemplary. I can't thank them enough and I will never use anyone else.

I recently had a new boiler put in and the whole house re-piped. It was a big job. I would recommend them to anyone. Not only are they non-stop workers, they are pleasant, trustworthy and considerate. Russ and Brett have restored my faith in being able to trust workmen.

My old boiler was at-least 20 years old and I kept putting off getting to looked at, until it was too late. Russell & Brett organised a day and came round early morning and got to work straight away and were the most polite, funny and skilled people i've met since moving to Bury. They were an absolute pleasure to have round, and installed a new boiler, got rid of my old one and tidied up - as well as help me with a separate radiator issue - all within a day.

I have had 2.5 years of boiler anxiety, and I just wish I had called Russell sooner as now I don’t have to worry about not having heating this winter!

He replaced our old back boiler with a new Baxi combi boiler together with all necessary pipework alterations, not an easy job considering the age of the house.
But he went the extra mile to ensure everything was just right.
Extremely professional and experienced, and all work done to the highest of standards.

Russel came out to a leak. He managed to get to us within a few hours. He identified the source of the leak with the least possible disruption. He fixed the issue and then came back the following morning to make everything good. A very genuine and friendly professional, highly recommend!

Called Russ out to our broken down boiler. Came promptly. I needed a new boiler. Not surprising as it was over 20yrs old. Came and fitted a new one and updated the heating system he did a great job and left no mess Will definitely use him in the future.
