Lovely funeral, but great lack of transparency

Bewleys in Devizes organised a lovely send off for my dad - but their communication in the run up to the funeral was very poor, calls and emails not returned, leading to queries and discrepancies over the final bill (as the hand-written quote was incomplete and subsequent discussions over extra provisions were never put in writing). Their processes and communication would benefit from a lot more clarity and transparency, despite having provided a memorable service.
