Payment taken out for last 2 months. No boxes sent. Has the company went bust?
If so you shouldn't be able to buy new orders on the website!
Update still nothing from bewsh support who instead attempted to take a 3rd months payment. Here's what you should do if you're in the same boat:
1. Contact your bank who can block further payments from Bewsh
2. Tell your bank you would like to process a chargeback claim for any orders you have paid for but not received. Your bank will refund you if you provide evidence.
3. Contact Stripe and tell them whats happened. Stripe are the company used for processing payments through the bewsh website. They cannot refund you but if enough report this suspicious activity they will stop the merchant from processing payments.

Not a good subscription!
It was good to start with, would get a box at the beginning of the month, but now the date keeps slipping. It's now nearly the end of the month with no box in sight, my money will come out again on the first on time no doubt. Already tried emailing and messaging on social media but to no avail. Appalling customer service. Will be cancelling.

Deletes reviews when they're not 5 star! They don't respond to customers on email or social media and are continuing to take money but not send out the goods

took a month to receive after i paid for next day delivery, and only had a handful of items totalling to no more than £6 pound to buy! never again will i purchase from here! also no correspondence when i emails and wrote to them on social media!

Unauthorized charges of almost £5,000.

I've had 4 charges of £999 and one charge of the same amount as the user below at £199.90. Either the company has been hacked or is intentionally trying to take money out of peoples accounts to cover costs. Their recent instagram posts have comments from the suppliers of products going into the boxes that they haven't paid invoices, so imagine that this company will cease to exist shortly.

However, zero communication on any channels, no response to emails about unauthorized charges and no way to cancel subscriptions. It's only because of the unauthorized charges and American Express issuing a new card / reversing payments that I've finally been able to cancel this subscription.

I cancelled my subscription over a year ago which was a hassle to do and the owner argued with me and now I have had 4 payments debit my account for 199.90 in one day a year later. This company is awful, they haven’t responded to my email and clearly they don’t destroy or keep customers data secure to allow fraudsters to empty people’s bank accounts.

Once you sign up, there's no stopping it. No matter how many emails you send requesting termination of the subscription they continue taking money from your account. There's no helpline, just an email address that does not respond.

Used to love the box but around April the quality of the boxes seemed to go down.

I have been trying for the last week and a half to get my subscription cancelled but you just don’t get any response, not useful in convincing me to stay.

I have been asking to cancel this for months and no one responds to the contact forms or emails.

Not the best the pics look better, little whey pots and pre-workout etc , the box is pretty much full of bars, which isn't the best to eat when on proper diets etc, usable but only Ratley with that gear

I enjoy recieving the bewsh box and would have rated this higher but unfortunately I have tried emailing and filling out the online form to cancel numerous times and never heard back and still get charged every month with a new box sent out. Cannot find any other way to contact them or cancel my subscription so I'm stuck with it.
I originally wanted to cancel the monthly subscription and pay for a bulk order so it worked out cheaper.

After writing this review had a member of bewshbox email me and say my cancellation email was missed and gave me a refund for half the latest box (but not the postage) so 7.99 and asked me to remove my review. I then replied to their email and asked them to confirm my subscription is now cancelled, to which surprise surprise I'm yet to receive an answer a week later. Such a shame because it's a good product and good monthly treat but customer service let's them down.

I subscribed to the monthly box last month (07/03/2021). The shipping was fast and delivered by Hermes if I remember correctly.

Of course, there was not any product which is already passed its best before date. 2 products were close. I was not expecting the resistance band which will go free on the Facebook market. It is still good for money as I bought it at discount but the cancellation cannot be done from the member console. It is problematic. It would be wise to use virtual cards.

With regards to reply below. I did receive the free March box. However still awaiting February's box, which I was charged full price for.
