Website is clear and easy to use. Ordering and paying is easy. Delivery comes on short notice in just a couple of days and is communicated well about deliver time. The wood is a good uniform size and shape. The wood is good quality hardwood with a long burning lifetime. The bags are well packed with wood to the top as much as possible.
Too many chipping wood, uneven cuts of wood. Not too happy with the bag. Customer service approached me and fixed the perception error. I’m glad for their service.
I purchased my wood for the first time back in mid October in this company, as they had a nice price and at first I was happy with the purchase.
I stored the wood protected from the rain as I always do and I started to notice a month ago that most of the wood is humid and green mold is growing. Over time it keeps getting more mold and becoming more humid (it releases more smoke). It's becoming more difficult to light up my fireplace.
I am quite disappointed. I still have wood that I bought from another place in 2021 stored in the same place and there is no mold on it. Seems like I have to go back to my old supplier.
