Miserable support
I'm a Bexio customer since November 2020. The tool is not very intuitive nor user-friendly so you definitely need support to work with it.
It's January 22, 2021 today - every time I call for telephone support, it is never available. Only answering machine picks up. They answer your phone call all the time only until you purchase the license. Once you buy it, their support number is never available - only answering machine picks it up.
There were also cases when the scheduled webinars didn't take place. Operational side of the company is very chaotic - after so many phone calls that did not go through, 3 days later I got an email saying to book a support call - there were only two spots available in the following week, so I booked one slot. And then they cancelled it without any notice and told me to schedule another one, and the next one available is only in the next month!! What a joke!
They promote their software as a very good tool blabla but after using it for 3 month, my conclusion is that this software is not worth the time and money you have to invest in. If you are a small company, stay with excel or opt for a free (Cashcontrl) or cheaper tool like Banana Accounting
