terrible customer service they never reply to the mail. It is impossible. Reach the team supporter. I like this brand. I’m a loyal client by every time I have a several problem to receive my items and nobody reply to the mail.

SCAM!!!!!!
I ordered a coat with natural fur and received coat with artificial fur. It would be fine if the quality was the same as in the photo, but the product did not match the product in the website , very low and cheap quality. I wrote to the customer service and on Instagram, they just ignore that's all.
Don’t buy there !!!! Don’t lose your money

Company is a joke .The return policy is non existent and they will not exchange either . Order a green turtleneck sweater with pearls for my daughter whom battle cancer cause she was in love with the sweater to receive it and it was a child size L . My daughter is a 4/6. US clothing size - lost her chest in weight loss of cancer . I contacted company and they ignored me . Disputed charged to refund and still was ignored went to my credit card company received a credit then was charged was placed again . Battled 3 months . Stuck with child size sweater and no one from this company CARES - Customer Service horrible ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY . It’s is a total rip off !

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my recent online shopping spree. What truly stood out for me was the seamless checkout process and the efficiency of the entire transaction. Very poor costumer service and poor quality outfit. I ordered co-ord skirt set. Its looks beautiful on the picture but quality is not very good. It arrived with several pearls missing from the buttons. I let them know about it and no response at all.

I ordered 8 nov and asked for tracking twice with no response, they finally send it to me 1 dec. They took a whole month to ship my parcel.

Very disappointed in the service and quality. I was gonna order more now Im glad I didn’t and never will again.

People need to take care of their business and customers better.:(

Warning! Scamming china Based Company that dont offer returns or cancellation. Worst non existing customer service ever . They have deactivated the possiblity of writing on Their post on social medias aswell.
They sell very low quality fake designer clothes that are worth just a few dollars. Once you order and they take your money Youre screwed, its Been more than a Month and i havnt even gotten my item yet and no response from Their ”customer service” either. Dont waste your time or money on them. Its definetely not worth loosing 120$ for .

I was very hesitant ordering from this website after the reviews. I placed an order on February 24, 2023 for 2 dresses. My tracking number wasn’t working and so I reached out to customer service on March 11, they replied the same day with a working tracking number. I received my order on March 21 (almost a month) and am more than pleased! My dresses are exactly as shown on the website and the sizing is very accurate (I used Bey Azura Instagram page to eye it out). I had a great experience! I live in Canada FYI.

I saw a nice dress but after looking on website and realising this company sell all sorts of animal fur I will NEVER EVER be buying FROM THIS COMPANY…..what a disappointment. We are in 2023, it is not OK to use animals for fashion!!!!!!!

Got an outfit all thread was rubbish. Poor quality. They gave me a voucher after I returned but they wanted to charge me £18 for delivery when spending my voucher.
Didn’t spend more on poorly made crap so I sucked it up and lost my money

Would put 0 if I could. I ordered 2 items from them and only received one. Once I contacted them their response was ‘ Please stay assured you will receive your order.’ till now no package I think I’ve been scammed after reading these reviews of other customers going through the same thing. Avoid if possible

Wish I read the reviews. Terrible cheaply made clothes that are dispatched from a cheap factory in China. Every item awful and they don't accept returns

Total scam company!!! Paid £350 for a real fox fur jacket! Looks NOTHING like pictures. Is a fake cheap awful jeans jacket. They do not accept returns. They need to be shut down! How is this allowed to continue!!!

Just reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission—completely a scam company; legitimate companies and websites offer refunds—this company and website does not, total scam!! The quality of the items they deliver is extremely poor, the items are nothing like the pictures on their website. Horrible company and horrible people scamming shoppers!

I was so excited in the beginning but I should have checked the reviews first . They sent half the order surprisingly it’s not a TOTAL scam but they’re depending on a percentage to be unclaimed fraud and then accuse the customer of the fraud they’re designing to collect the amount of items that will never be fulfilled . And it’s a shame bc the clothes are cute and the items I received were beautiful but it’s reminding me of the “tinder swindler” or the “bad vegan” documentary where they are using customer purchase traffic online to fund a type of lifestyle and the consumer takes the hit and had to put foot work to the bank to dispute the transaction . I really wanted it to workout bc I have money to spend and she has the style clothing I like but they are on the email accusing me of the fraud they commit so I’m so heartbroken to learn this company is like a thief and placing it’s bet on the customer not noticing the shipment never arrives and hopes they will not call the bank for the dispute

I would give a zero if I could shipment was delayed. Then I returned item as described on website and months later still nothing even though I have sent several emails with return shipping evidence.
N customer service contact seems like Iv lost my money! Absolutely ridiculous!

Awful quality but they don’t do returns!!! They do however offer exchanges which I’ve requested but not heard anything back! I’m worried as I only have 30 days to get the exchange complete but how can I when they don’t reply?!

I ordered a dress from here for £70 and then found the exact same dress (same photo of the same model in it) on shein for £27.99. The bey azura order turned up 3 weeks late with the exact same dress from shein with a bey azura label sown in - you could even see the white thread at the back of the dress where they had sown this in themselves - avoid at all costs!!!
