I had the pleasure of working with Michael Collins on Monday June20th. Mike was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me. He was so patient with me as I had a terrible time working off my tablet. More than once I had to start over and he never seemed to mind the delays. I really appreciated everything he did for me. I honestly cannot thank enough to Sam Faulkner and beyond Debt enough for making whole process from start to finish so stress free. Each member of staff that I have spoken with at every step have been extremely helpful, understanding and friendly.

Amazing thank you so much Sam for all your help! I finally feel like the weight has been lifted from my shoulders! I’ve previously reached out for help from other companies but never got the help or support like I have from Sam and the team so I’ve always buried my head and tried to forget about it thinking it would go away but Sam made me feel comfortable to talk to and didn’t make me feel like everything was my fault. We are waiting for the outcome of our IVA but everything leading up to this moment has been made so easy. We were so nervous contacting anyone about our debt but after coming across Beyond Debt on Facebook, we took the plunge and contacted them. I had Thomas dealing with me and he was very patient and helpful didn’t give up on me when I was to nervous to answer the phone, kept me updated via WhatsApp the whole time very helpful and made me at ease can’t thank you enough you have lifted a huge weight of my shoulders, would highly recommend don’t be scared they are lovely and so understanding

I don’t even know where to start. Fraser managed my case and has been the most patient, kind, understanding and non judgemental person. Absolutely amazing human being.
