They stole my money.

They should be called Beyond Unacceptable. They stole my money!!!

I bought a dress from them. I sent them item back and they issued me with a gift card. Of course they also charged $10 for a return shipment. So when I tried to use this gift card it said it is invalid. I contacted them and they told me that they are sorry but the code expires after 90 days. Wait, what???? Are you kidding me? So in other words they stole my money. I am a person who never gives up on something like this so the battle is about to start. I won’t anyone to steal even 1 cent from me.
