Awesome find

Awesome find. Timely delivery, the product was as advertised and exactly what I expected. I couldn't find the product anywhere else, and they had it without a crazy mark up (had seen it on other sites for twice what they sold it for - the same price it was when it first came out.)

Don’t pay for expedited shipping

I placed an order 5 days ago for a pair of sunglasses. I also paid for expedited shipping to receive them in 2-5 days. I have not gotten any information on the status of my order at all and am frustrated because I paid to receive it sooner because I am leaving to go on vacation. I also emailed and have not gotten a response.

Every time reply to the email is very slowly. I have sent all my payment information to the website, but I have not delivered it to me? I just want to give the gift to my friend on his birthday, but it will never ship. I don't know what else I need to do to make the site satisfaction?
