I feel sorry for anyone who uses this company

This company misspelled the business name causing a lot of page rank drop, mismatch errors, which almost bankrupted the restaurant! This happened after they tried to charge the restaurant owner thousands, they made websites, dozens of spam pages, when they did not get the money, they kept spamming the pages so Our restaurant got penalized by search engines, they refuse to remove these 3 year old spam pages, their websites, and could care less about the damage they caused.

Personally I would never use this company for anything! We have contacted them several times and they refuse to stop damaging our company! I guess that is what court is for, they are forcing us to take legal action against them!

Overcharged me for a transaction I did…

Overcharged me for a transaction I did not approve, when given screenshots and proof that they overcharged, they refused to take responsibility. Don't trust them with your transactions or money. I am a really big fan of the restaurant but the fact that they use this service make me hesitate to make online order.

The Beyond Menu pricing was higher than…

The Beyond Menu pricing was higher than the restaurant pricing. The receipt from the restaurant was $49.17 and “Beyond Menu” charged me $57.88. Inflating the restaurant’s menu pricing on each item is shady and not transparent or good business practices. I will never use Beyond Menu again for this reason.

What a disgrace

Akai Hana should not be using their preferred online order system called " BeyondMenu" to take their online orders. It's a disgrace. I placed an order today at 6:48pm. On my confirmation email it said pick up time was 7:18pm. I arrived to the resturant on time given and my order had not even come through to the resturant. The hostess checked and played with the machine for a bit and my order finally came through. She apologized and said she would put my order in and that they would make it ASAP. I told her, not to worry and I would wait in my car, waited another 15 mins , came back in and my order had not been made yet. I asked how much longer it would take to have my one sushi roll made and they said they didnt know and that sit- down customers at resturant take priority. I was very disappointed. I have been a customer for over 10 years and never had a bad experience here. I didn't just want to wait with no expected time for my food to be ready so I asked for a refund.
They were having problems refunding me as BeyondMenu is a third party system they use and can't just cancel orders at the resturant. She had to call their customer service to have them refund me. Wasted an hour of my time. What a horrible system. Apparently for what the hostess said this has been a ongoing issue with BeyondMenu.

Exceptional flavors and great service

Exceptional flavors and great service. This is our ho to place for Indian food in the Littleton area. Love the saffron rice, naan, chicken tika masala, Chana saag and rice pudding. So good! We order spice level 5 or 6 and love it! Nice people too.

Don't order through Beyond Menu

Don't order through Beyond Menu.

I just ordered food from my local Indian restaurant online with the option to pick it up and when I got to the restaurant the owner of the restaurant told me to not use Beyond Menu because I paid $30 extra on my order than I would have if I ordered directly from the restaurant because they up-charge for commission.

For example my chicken curry was $24.99 and the restaurant would have charged me $12.99. This is deceptive marketing on behalf of Beyond Menu because they don't give any warning to let you know that you're about to pay $10 extra per dish when ordering through them. I called and spoke with somebody in customer service and they told me they wouldn't give me a refund so I kept on pushing and they said a manager will call me back. I'm hoping they will do the right thing. I understand an up-charge for delivery but pick-up should never be extra.

ROBBERY

0 stars if I could don’t order from here as it is highway robbery. I spend half of what I would’ve spent if I just called the restaurant then again that is shame on me and my stupidity but DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Beyond Menu is a payment processor for low class, fraudulent restaurants like Xing Long in Albany, NY. Don't expect any kind of customer service from either.

Not organized does not coordinate with the resturants they partner with

On July 24, 2014, I went on a restaurant's website (Rolberto's) and placed an order. The web page is managed by Beyond Menu. The order was confirmed, and I was provided with an order number: #107088718. The web page instructed me to pick up the food at 7:25 PM. I went to Rolberto's Taco Shop at 3755 Murphy Canyon Rd, San Diego 92123 about 20 mins later.
When I arrived, the restaurant was closed. There was a sign in the window indicating 'We Are Closed July 23,24,25"
I was frustrated and disappointed. I don't understand how this could happen, why am I able to place an order and receive confirmation and an order number when the restaurant is closed? I reported this to Beyond Menu support via email, they replied to my email and tersely apologized, but did not address my concern as to how this happened but instead blamed it on the restaurant. I feel Beyond Menu blew me off even though their platform processed the order for a restaurant that was closed. Be careful when placing an online order at Rolbertos or any other restaurant that uses Beyond Menu, this organization is obviously not coordinated with the restaurants it partners with.

I ordered online for pickup.

I ordered online for pickup.
I got a text that the order was ready, and drive 8 minutes to the restaurant.
Order wasn't even started.
Let's try to only send out texts when the restaurant confirms the order is ready.... not just at an average time.
Otherwise, customers will have to wait.... like I did.

While I do appreciate this app for…

While I do appreciate this app for supporting local businesses, I unfortunately just had a very bad experience with them. I ordered some Chinese food with an 8:25pm ETA. By 9:22pm it still hadn’t arrived, so I called the restaurant to follow up and they said they don’t deliver to my address and advised me to call Beyond Menu to request for a refund. I would’ve not received any warning had I not called the restaurant. So I called Beyond Menu to request for a refund and also requested for addition compensation, perhaps a discount to my next order for the inconvenience, for showing a restaurant available to my address when it isn’t. The customer service rep issued my refund but declined my request for additional compensation, stating it’s the restaurant who should provide me with a discount instead of them, and that I should call the restaurant directly to request additional compensation. I just find that if an app is claiming the delivery to be available to my address that they should be responsible, and if they’re claiming it’s the restaurant’s fault, that it should be their problem and not mine. Now if a friend asks me what I think of Beyond Menu, I would tell them unless you’re ordering from a restaurant within walking distance, the app is unreliable and you may find yourself waiting for food that will never come.
