After 15 years it was time to get a new titanium wheelchair. I contacted Barry at Beyond Mobility and the whole experience was smooth and flawless. I got exactly what I wanted/needed and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend.

I have used many wheelchair providers in the past but have never found a provider as knowledgeable as Barry. He is great at listening to what the client wants and needs, discussing how they are going to use the chair and then ensuring the chair he recommends meets the clients needs. My clients are complex and he is able to problem solve to maximise the seating position. He is always responsive to emails and requests for visits. He also writes a justification report as well which helps with securing funding.

Wow what a great experience we have had with Barry, so knowledgeable in helping us identify the correct chair and adaptions needed. So polite and helpful, great initial visit bringing different options for us to try, really took his time to full understand our needs and was 100% responsive throughout the whole process, highly recommended!

Bought a used power wheelchair by mail order however on 3rd time of using it cut out and stopped working I contacted Barry who was very polite and payed for it to be returned and has since given a full refund this is a very good company and would recommend.

Barry provided a Permobil F5 powerchair for a client of mine. He was very knowledgable throughout and had a good understanding of how the product could be configured to be most appropriate. There have been a couple of technical issues following handover, and Barry has been quick to react with telephone advice and in-person visits.

My thanks go to Barry for a 5 star service from the initial meeting for advice and measurements for my new manual active wheelchair, right through to handover, making adjustments where suitable to ensure I was happy with the chair.
