I just wanted to say what a WONDERFUL shower cubicle this is! It's been installed since November and I am SO PLEASED with it!

My hubby has a very dirty job and the shower can get very grubby. This shower is so easy to clean 🫧 and the shower base never ever looks dirty and even though it's lovely and smooth it's still super non slip!

One VERY SATISFIED customer!

We ordered 2 new sinks for kitchen and utility. Great website, clear description and great prices. Delivered in 2 days, excellent service

Very poor experience. Sent a damaged sink and unwilling to change. Partly our fault for not inspecting on immediate receipt. But unwilling to take responsibility for a demonstrably poor quality product. Avoid

Having returned a faulty item, it is very much like dealing with a criminal gang obtaining a refund.

Great service, really quick delivery and the driver moved my products in the garage for me.
Really happy with the products I bought and I will be using them again

So disappointing to realise that TrustPilot are not actually trustworthy.

So many purchasers have submitted 1* Negative reviews but since 2023 TrustPilot no longer list them.

What a refreshing change to find a Company that are professional, helpful and know what they’re talking about! THANKYOU! I was in no hurry to receive the goods that I ordered but they were delivered on the nominated day well packed and nothing damaged. Keep up the good work

I did order quite a bit of stuff from this company. Anyway my plumber was late coming and then realised one item wasn't the right thing. So I asked for a refund of the item which had not even been out of the wrapping. They offered me a credit note! What use is that for a single lady renovating one bathroom !
I have appealed the decision and I am awaiting a reply

I have my response and the lovely lady says she can refund me less the returns charge of £29.99

It seems not everyone has had the positive experience I have. My ordered item was faulty, not good but it was quickly replaced and I found their communication was excellent. Emails answered promptly and their staff seem polite and efficient. I've since ordered more items, all arrived on time, all were perfectly fine. I order a lot of this type of stuff so time will tell if the service standards remain high but so far so good.

Bought through their Drench brand. Next day delivery order didn't arrive the day they said. Then it didn't arrive the day after (despite reassurances it would do). Completely unreliable. I feel that these guys want to win business by promising next day delivery but then act shocked if you expect them to do what they say. They don't have a phone line so you have to deal with their annoying chat feature where the staff (if they're even humans rather than bots) give useless replies.

If you get a bargain from them and don't care when it arrives, I'd maybe take a punt. But if you care when you get your shipment, go to a more reliable company.

I can highly recommend Beyond Retail. The level of service was excellent, above what I would expect, and very helpful and professional. The speed of response was outstanding and particularly useful whilst I was trying to get information to my plumber. The quality of the items were excellent. Delivery was also good. Thank you for your staff, very good experience

Horrible place to work at! Unprofessional and useless management. Wet, cold, windy and low wages considering the conditions and how heavy the items are!
Products( cheap and overpriced) are poorly packed, handled and palletised. Poor training, Epileptic assistant manager using tools and machinery even though he is not allowed to( warehouse managers are aware!) i wouldn’t send my worst enemy to work there!

Terrible company to deal with, items were sent from their own and a third party warehouse, items arrived at different times and all with defects, replacements also had defects and redelivery dates weren't always kept to, now awaiting for last few items to be collected and will shop elsewhere. Mine was probably a batch problem so wasn't going to take yet another chance. Also during this episode it was explained that all staff are home workers and there aren't any sales staff at their premises, so emails can take up to two days to be responded to. You'd be better taking a punt somewhere you can walk into to buy these poor Chinese products.

Had an issue with the bath tap but offered me a replacement. I already disposed of it but Anca contacted me via email and offered me £30 compensation for my troubles. Thank you guys 👍

they send out damaged goods and then refuse them back - and charge full price for replacements',... they are affiliated with other like Tap Warehouse .... only way to make contact is online or chat...

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering my tap and shower handset. It's only been five days but all I have is a PayPal acknowledgement, no email or anything at all in my inbox from them acknowledging my order.

The first sink we received had to be returned and replaced because the drawers kept getting stuck and the soft close didn't work. The second sink we received was misaligned (the overflow didn't line up with the tap). It was quite a subtle manufacturing defect, and we didn't see it until the sink was installed. Beyond Retail has accepted that the sink is wonky (from the photos I sent them). However, they haven't made the process easy for me - I've needed to chase and chase by email, which has been so time-consuming - and we still haven't arrived at any kind of conclusion.

This company has an awful customer experience! They hardly have any of the stock themselves. So when it says delivered in 2-4 days...who knows as it's coming straight from the manufacturer. They promise delivery dates on their website that are widely inaccurate and then hide behind the word 'Estimated' for their delivery date. They sell other companies branded products under their inhouse brand name...so you have no idea until it's delivered that you've bought a product that you can buy elsewhere at a much cheaper price. I've waited three months for a radiator and valve to be delivered, when I ordered it they said 10 days! They have promised it on three different occasions and have not delivered. Nightmare, do not buy from them.

Absolutely terrible service. This group of retailers sold me items that were never in stock. I specifically checked and ordered because the delivery schedule promised was just a few working days. On the last delivery day I then received an email to say that it will take A MONTH TO ARRIVE. We now have no bathroom in our house for 6 weeks instead of 10days. Plus the extra cost of our builders time. Unacceptable. It takes them 2 days to just reply to an email and even the response in unhelpful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
