Great customer support. Plugin works exactly as I hoped!

I have a bakery and have been searching for a calendar style widget for our shop (with cutoff times and preorder lead time capacity -- which has been difficult to find). Beyondspace's custom datepicker is exactly what I needed. I am absolutely not a coder and couldn't figure out the install initially, but Ngan was super responsive and helpful, and directed me through each step.

Very easy to get up and running. No issues at all. I first tested the website, and had a user test, on the trial page using many devices and once satisfied I purchased. The total time to get up and running, including purchasing and activation was under 10 min. I went back and customized a few options and all seems to work well.

Excellent customer service on top of a great plugin. Niang walked me through installing this feature through a markdown box in the footer section for my squarespace site that's only on a "Personal" plan (apparently the installation is a bit trickier when not using a business plan or above. In either case, really pleased.

Lightbox Studio is a brilliant plugin, and the after sales service from Niang at Beyondspace was super quick and incredibly helpful!

I needed a gallery plugin allowed for an image lightbox in a slideshow gallery - this plugin does that as well as zoom, pan and offers a thumbnail view in lightbox mode. It is well priced and easy to install.

I've been trying for a long time to find a proper date picker for my business website. I even tried to switch the website provider and even hired a freelancer, but nothing worked, and more problems arose. Initially, I was hesitant to make this purchase, but wow... Ngan emailed me within 2 minutes of my purchase and ensured I could add the plugin to my website properly (with screenshots and instructions in every step). For the price I paid, his service is above and beyond 5 stars. Thank you so much!!!

The plugin itself is great, but the customer service was remarkable. I had some fairly specific requirements that the plugin couldn't do 'out of the box' but the developer helped me customise it to fit my needs exactly. Niang even wrote some CSS for my website to help me out.

We had 34 emails back and forth over the course of a few days, and all replies were prompt and constructive. Niang went above and beyond what I could have realistically expected.
