I placed my order on 8/15 I still haven’t received my jacket or even an update on my shipping when I log into my account it’s stay unfulfilled, how? My jacket hasn’t even been shipped yet .I’ve sent out 2 emails and a message on instagram with no response. This is my second time ordering from them.the first time was a breeze but I will never order again this is unacceptable.

Hi Jade, pre-orders take 2-3 weeks to dispatch (which can be seen in the item description) therefore your shipment is due to dispatch no later than next week. The Best Varsity Jackets
I now have three of the beyond the range jackets. They are all super good quality and can be worn during all the seasons. It’s light enough for summer and heavy enough during the colder times in the year. Get them :)

Slowest shipping ever
Highly do not recommend to order from here unless your prepared to wait two months for your order. I emailed the owner and she was unapologetic and acted like he/she could give less of a f*** that I needed the jacket in time for a vacation. My first and last time ordering from this company.

hi Ari, sorry about the inconvenience and in regards to your complaint we did email you back apologizing and even promised to send it out to you next day so you’ll receive it on time and even promised to include a gift. We don’t understand why you felt like we didn’t care and if you no longer want the jacket we can refund you and cancel the order. Pre-orders take up to a month which is stated in our policy. Sometimes delays occur but it’s never up to 2 months. If it’s not a pre-order we ship within 24-48hrs.
