Awful site! Been using bezy for years! Completed verification fine, no problems. It's when your looking for your winnings they make it impossible!!! AVOID

I wish i had read all the reviews before I lost thousands..and for the first time I've won something iam unable to withdraw .. quick to take the money but doesn't pay out as quickly..every time I make an attempt to withdraw it keeps taking a page to verify myself which i have already done ...it is frustrating and annoying that we can't get our money back. I hope gambling commission takes action.

Does not respond. Id verification does not work. Takes deposits and does not do withdrawls. Multiples emails sent no response to the problem. Over. £5000 stuck with these jokers.

Quick to take your money but just wait till you try and make a withdrawal…
I have a few slot machine apps but never once had one like this… want all documents to take out your balance yet don’t need them to deposit… I still haven’t managed to get my money… avoid this scam site

Stay well away , won over 300 can’t have a penny no option to talk to a human , ID won’t verify on their website , ended up wasting the money away and closing account ! Lost 60£ of real money plus over 300 wins , avoid like the plague

A have recently joined and I nhave up loaded all my documents which have been verified and I have withdrew a couple ov times but now a can’t with draw and it’s saying they need to look in to my account anyone have this problem

One star so far hopefully will update in due course , no way to get ahold of support after 4pm, documents upload glitched out twice then was refused after I showed my selfie and driving licence, happy to take your money but the second you want to take out £20 no ones able to help. Absolutely devastated.

Can’t verify documents but will happily take your money. Near impossible to get any help from customer services.

wish I'd read these reviews before depositing cash. £2.50 fee to make a withdrawal is just ridiculous as I'm a 10p slot player and winnings would barely make double figures. Plus despite deliberately not opting in to bonus games with massive wagering requirements a random bonus amount was added. So complicated and frustrating. Absolute sham of a site

Other than having to pay a £2.50 fee to withdraw £150 I had no problems. Withdrew my winnings and within 24 hours funds arrived in my account.

Don’t use this website!
They don’t withdraw your winnings say it take 1-3 days but don’t do anything about it going over this time frame and don’t reply to emails! No contact number very disgraceful fraudulent

The worst site, uploaded 7 documents and eventually let me withdraw after loosing half of what I had won because they blocked the withdrawals for weeks, then 2months later had a £200 win and suddenly blocked withdrawals again, says to contact customer support but they take days to get back to you. Worst experience on any betting set.

Very poor gaming/online slot/gambling/betting site..it’s Impossible to verify yourself when it come to making a withdrawal..happy to take your money when depositing but once you try to withdraw they need 6/7 forms of identification! Ridiculous
I now have winnings that I can’t withdraw because of this!
