I ordered a magnetic leather band for the Apple watch. It came very quickly as it shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, CA to AZ. I would rate the "leather" material it is made from as 2 out of 5. The band is so long, I can't use it. It wraps completely around my wrist with about .75 inch of extra material (and I am not petite). Per the company policy, I emailed them to process a return. They replied within 24 hours informing me to return the item in the original packaging to Hamburg, Germany. Shipping cost, customs and duties to be paid by me. According to the estimate, that is going to run me $12-$25. I paid $40 for the band so after they get it back, I will net only 37%-70% of what I originally spent. Plus, the hassle of it all. When I inquired why I had to ship to Hamburg when I received it from CA, the answer was essentially, because that's how we do business. Not cool. I would not recommend unless you can specifically size the item from the description.

Buyer beware - their return policy is 14 days from shipment. DO NOT BUY rom this company. They have horrible customer service and I’ve never seen such a crappy return policy

I bought an apple watch armband. Very low quality at high price. You can get better stuff at half the price from Chinese suppliers. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered three bands from this company and received two parcels from AliExpress instead. One contained one of the bands I ordered. The other two bands did not arrive: one band was missing half of it and the other article was not a band at all, but a plastic needle!!

Shop is not reacting to my email.

BEWARE OF DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a watch band from them - I didn’t like the product I purchased there was nothing wrong with it just didn’t care for the way it looked with the Apple Ultra 2 watch. When I communicated that I wanted to return I was told I had to send it back to Germany despite the shipping address showing it came from CA. They also said I need to be aware of duties, customs and needing a consignment number. I believe they intentionally make it extremely difficult to return item hoping the customer gets so frustrated they just keep the item. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT DOING WITH THEM! If I could give them a Zero I would!

Watch band broke after a month

The glue came undone and my apple watch cracked when it came off my wrist and hit the ground. Really dissapointing ... obviously!

Armband sent without the tool. Thus, useless! Regarding the quality of course is a cheap product, EXTREMLY overprices. A product that in Amazon cost 10 USD, to them was presented in an expensive case, and packaging and I got it in a paper-folder!!! For 100USD. Its a fraud!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE!!!! I ordered one watch band but they sent me 2 watch bands. They charged my credit card 3 times.

I Reached out and they had this to say. "you ordered them that's why we sent them". No I didn't!!! Total scam!!!!! Also, you have only a short time to place a return READ THEIR SHIPPING/RETURN POLICIES! told me it was to late to return the product. Horrible, Also the watch band was suppose to be titanium but most certainly not titanium, ton's of scratches already.

Low quality material. Don't ever try it.
Not only you need to send it back on your own payment, but they also take the money of shipping the item to you. Very successful business!!!

My honest opinion of my experience with this company. I have an Apple Watch Ultra. I ordered two bands: Genuine Leather Band with Butterfly Closure ($50) and Titanium Strap Matt Design ($90). They gave me $14 off so I paid exactly $125.95.

I will say, I was nervous because I placed the order then found this website so I thought I was not going to get the items. So much so, that after ten days of not receiving any update on the order (shipping/tracking info) I filed a case on my PayPal account.

In order to do so I had to reach out to the seller. Every time I reached out they responded within 24 hours. Additionally, I received both items although they shipped separately.

Regarding the products themselves, they appear to be items you could’ve ordered off Amazon. Quite frankly the quality feels cheap especially considering I paid over $100 for the items. Contrary to what I’ve read here I gave them three stars because I received the items within 14 calendar days of ordering them and they responded to me within 24 hours of my email. That has to count for something. I don’t expect much from these items so I’ll settle for, “I got what I purchased!”

This shipper lies and cheats you. I ordered 2 Apple watch bands, I only received one. I then disputed the charge on my card and he used the tracking and shipping paper for the one band stating both were in the envelope when they were not.

I never got the other band so now I'm out $59.00

Terrible company!!!! Ordered products weeks ago and the products never shipped. They answer after two emails but just claim the items have shipped when they even show waiting to ship on the Shop app. Don’t Trust them. Sorry I did. If you have had the same experience you can only leave cautioning reviews as many places as you can to warn others. This has been my recourse.

They are a fraud beware. I paid a lot of money and never received the item. They do not reply and there is no customer service number

Very poor customer service. Will not tell you anything about the order tracking, which carrier is delivering and when it will arrive.

Absolutely terrible business to deal with. Their shipping is totally inaccurate so get ready for a 3 week wait, minimum. They are even worse at communicating any update, status, or information. Had I known the truth about this company I would have done a hard pass.

Seems like they write their own glowing 5 star reviews. Maybe even AI-generated. Every review is 5 stars and have two sentences. It's always something like, "I appreciate the elegant qualities of the strap. It really makes the watch enjoyable to wear." With how many 5 star reviews there are, there should be much more variance in how the reviews are written.

I would suggest avoiding them. How can I trust them if they're this shady with their reviews?
