I have been working with BFMR for 4-5 years, and there have been no issues. The supporting team is very responsive and helpful, replying my questions within 24 hours. Sometimes damaged packages were received from Amazon etc, but BFMR team can help to return them in a timely fashion and I was able to get a refund from Amazon without any problem.

Great customer service, slightly damaged products were still accepted.

BFMR has been amazing to me. I’ve been doing business with them for several years now, and I’m getting close to a million dollars in total spend, so I really don’t say this lightly. They consistently have strong deals, solid payouts, and when something comes up, they’re fair, flexible, and easy to work with.

What stands out just as much as anything is how hard they work, especially during rush periods like Black Friday. The hours they put in during those times are honestly crazy, and it says a lot about how committed they are to their buying group. They may not always be available around the clock, but during business hours they’re there, they’re responsive, and the communication is always strong.

More than anything, I’m just really grateful for BFMR. They helped me through a very difficult time in my life when I was cash-poor during my divorce, and I’ll never forget that. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. They’ve been a huge help to me, and I’m incredibly thankful for the whole team.

The support team is a pleasure to work with. They are very quick to reply and are extremely helpful. They are constantly active in their discord as well. BFMR is a great business. They operate a highly efficient and effective environment, which allows for a smooth buying experience. Entire process is very streamlined, starting from reserving a deal, adding order/tracking numbers, insurance and payouts.

Customer service shines especially bright with this group. They go out of their way to accommodate and even in situations where I make mistakes, they work with me. Not always the highest prices, but consistently one of the fastest payers in the buying group community. My one con is having to pay for insurance. Overall very positive experience with this group.

BFMR is hands down the best buying group I’ve worked with. Their operation is top-tier, but the real standout is the customer service—they are incredibly responsive and always on top of things.

They just make things easy for their members in every way possible. The support team is especially polite, professional, and responsive. I have had issues a couple of times with high value shipments and even when they could have stepped away and said "not our problem" they have instead stepped up and gone the extra mile to find a solution. It really feels like they are fully on the same team as their members.

I had some issues with an order and the support was incredibly fast. Almost within the hour which is almost unheard of. Have shipped a couple items to them and have had 0 issues

BFMR has an excellent customer service team that helped me retrieve a package that was delivered to the wrong address due to my own mistake. This level of support is especially valuable given how ineffective customer service at many large corporations can be, where customers are often treated poorly or their concerns are ignored.

Have been buying for this group for about 3 years, and for anyone starting out, the transparency of the entire process (from reservations and inputting tracking numbers, to package received, processed and payment) has been reassuring. They've been extremely responsive when there's an issue, and just today retrieved a misdelivered package from an address 10 minutes away. Who else would do that for a random housewife?

When I started using BFMR six months ago I was expecting a shady, non-communicative experience. I was shocked at how professionally and efficiently the company runs its operations. From the tracking grid on the website to the Discord Group, I always know the status of my orders and can easily resolve any issues. I was initially hesitant to spend more than a few hundred dollars for fear of not being reimbursed, but now it doesn't even occur to me that would happen with BFMR.

I love this buying group. Easy to use system of reservations and tracking your items. Many profitable deals, quick processing and payment, and very trustworthy! Personally I have not had very many problems at all aside from the occasional damaged item, but for me it’s pretty rare. When there is a problem, their support is excellent. Especially T.
