My experience with BFS was horrible…
My experience with BFS was horrible this time. My emails were ignored until i called. I was placed on hold to be hung up on. Did I get the money? yes I did, but it wasn't because i felt like you wanted to help me, I felt as though if I had not pushed for call backs, pushed for numbers, I would have never been helped. I have worked with you for a couple of years now, and in all honesty, customer service is usually really good ...... this time ..... really horrible.
