Rafael is a very professional person in every way. Fast response to any questions, fast action at getting quotes, pleasant to deal with. I've dealt with your company several times and never felt as good about the deal as I did this time. Always felt like I was being sold. Rafael never made me feel that way and I felt he gave me a good deal right out the box.
