Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the games, describing them as having poor performance and not paying out as advertised. Customers frequently reported issues with the Return to Player (RTP) percentages, stating that the actual payouts were significantly lower than the advertised rates, especially in newer games. They also found that features and bonuses were rare and often resulted in very low winnings. Some people were dissatisfied with the service, mentioning concerns about game mechanics during auto-spin, particularly after hitting bonuses, which they felt negatively impacted their winnings. Conversely, a small portion of people felt that the company offered high-quality games with smooth performance and good RTP, with some even considering it one of the best game providers.

As a former employee

As a former employee, I would like to share feedback for potential candidates considering employment at this company.

The hiring process is smooth and professional. Unfortunately, that is where professionalism ends. In my opinion, everything that follows — including training, onboarding, daily operations, and even the exit process and final day — is marked by incompetence, arrogance, poor organization, and, at times, behavior that I found unethical.

Having previously worked exclusively for US, UK, and Western European companies, I have a solid benchmark for professional standards and corporate practices. From my perspective, In comparison, this workplace demonstrates a complete lack of clear performance metrics, structured reporting, and defined expectations regarding work progress and results. There are no consistent evaluations or documented feedback outlining strengths, weaknesses, or development areas. Assessments appear to rely largely on subjective managerial opinion, which undermines productivity and prevents functional teamwork.

There is also a striking absence of professional communication culture, particularly from management. Rude, dismissive, and overly familiar communication toward employees occurs without consequence. In companies I worked before, such conduct would be considered unacceptable and subject to disciplinary action.

Cherry on top: the exit process. I personally encountered multiple issues concerning working hours, compensation and equipment provision that, in my view, were inconsistent with my expectations under the agreement. These problems seemed to reflect organizational shortcomings (the incompetence of every single department handling the termination process is so extreme that it’s hard to describe it in any other way than shocking) and, from my perspective, raised questions about how cross-jurisdictional arrangements might affect employees’ ability to address disputes.

If you have experience working in Western companies and are looking for a thriving environment with strong corporate culture, clear values, and real career opportunities, you should think carefully before considering this workplace. The contrast can be genuinely shocking, and many professionals would likely find it appalling. In my opinion, what you encounter instead is a business approach that falls far short of internationally recognized professional standards, resembling what I would describe as an “Eastern Slavic” management style.

If this isn’t as close to COLD HARD…

If this isn’t as close to COLD HARD PROOF that these guys are full blowN CHEATERS, then I don’t know what is….
So I was playing their blackjack game and the dealer got dealt a 20 on first 2 cards 8 TIMES BEFORE I GOT DEALT ONE SINGLE 20… So out of curiosity, I thought I’d ask AI what the odds off that happening would be and I copied and pasted the text as follows….

The odds of a dealer getting a 20 (roughly
10.26
%
1
0
.
2
6
%
) eight times before a player gets one are extremely low, calculated as approximately 1 in 740,000 to 1 in 1 million+ depending on the number of decks. This is a "streak" scenario where the dealer's 20s must occur independently before the player receives a 20, making it an exceptionally rare sequence.

EXCEPTIONALLY COMMON on this SCAM!!

Terrible games

Terrible games. Their games don't even win like literally a single spin on 20 cents let alone any other thing higher. How are these software developing game companies even allowed to operate legally?

Strong partner with great support

We spent a long time looking for a partner who could help us with a bunch of different tasks, and provide high-quality basic content, offer tools for retention, and help us do something unique. And BGaming checked all the boxes. The team is always around to help with optimization. So we're pretty happy with this collaboration.

If Bgaming is listed as an available…

If Bgaming is listed as an available game provider, then I will never spend a dime at that casino because there is no indicator that is more clear to me to ensure that a casino is fraudulent and cannot be trusted than by simply having BGaming as one of their game providers…. I am telling you people!! If you see “BGAMING” ANYWHERE on a casino, then you need to stay away without second thought. I have spent many years coming to this conclusion… Most of the casino will have BGaming listed, therefore most of the casinos are undoubtedly fraudulent… They all claim to use random number generators which are supposed to provide fairness like that of an actual physical casino.. That is a complete lie and there is no word to describe what these people do better than SCAM… These people carefully determine how much they will let you win and they determine how often you win based entirely on the amount and the frequency of your deposits.. Not one single bet you make results in an outcome that is random and if you see the BGAMING logo, then you can consider that to be the equivalence to having an official stamp that says “SCAM”…

BGaming's games always stand out with…

BGaming's games always stand out with their top-notch graphics and user-friendly interface, and their bonus games are actually fun and creative, not just a lazy screen of spinning reels or random numbers. It feels like the games were designed by people who actually play them.

This company is garbage

This company is garbage. Ever since pragmatic left the scene, bgaming has just continued going downhill. They have the worst games and they post false information about their RTPs. But what do they care they're greedy and just want the money just like the rest of them. I refuse to play their trash games and hopefully they leave at least united states platforms real soon. I hope they get sued also and lose everything go bankrupt and end up in the gutter lol

Just spent hundreds in "Wild Card Gang"…

Another update Feb 2026: After a few months of ignoring their garbage, I tried again hoping things maybe changed. I was stupid for even having that thought. If you want to turn $150 into $0, this is the provider for you. The incompetence of this company and the dog water they present as "fair" games is laughable. If anyone reading this performs their jobs the way the clowns at this company do, you will be unemployed soon. Please learn from my ignorance and stay as far away from Bgaming as humanly possible.

Update Sep 2025: Gave them another shot. Over $200 worth of $.40c spins, with the 2x chance for free play active (an additional $.10c) and hit exactly 0 free plays. How the heck are companies still using this sorry excuse for a game provider? This will be the last time I play on this social casino, and its directly related to the hot garbage that BGaming puts out. Their games are nothing more than polished turds....they look decent, but are AWFUL. This will be the 3rd social casino where I have closed my account because of this trash. If you see BGaming...stay far away!

Just spent hundreds in "Wild Card Gang" to finally hit free spins, to hit $1.24 out of 15 free spins. Stay far far away from any of their games on any social casino. 15 $.50 spins, with "unlimited multiplier" and I hit for barely over a dollar. This company is the worst of the worst. I hope every social casino stops using them.
