Very poor delivery
As always , the frames I ordered arrived very well packed and are just as I anticipated. I am very happy with them.
However this order was spoilt by the delivery. It took longer than was announced, despite me putting my home address for delivery, it was delivered to a package depot 3km from my home, and the delivery notifications were not at all clear.
My frames were great but delivery very poor n satisfactory

Thank you for having shared your thoughts on the delivery process. I am sorry that your delivery took longer than planned. I can see that you chose the delivery by DHL organised for deliveries to parcel points. DHL is working with Colis Privé who sends you an email as soon as the package arrives in France in order for you to organise the collection with them. The parcel reached France on the 2nd of March, please check your spams around that date.
I understand that was bad experience for you and have refunded the shipping fees as a commercial gesture.

FRAUD
FRAUD! No delivery, upon our complaint only 50% were reimbursed.
This company never delivered the parcel, for whatever reason. However, BGA kept 25€ of our money to pay for delivery fees for a delivery that never arrived.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP as their return policy is very tricky in case if they send wrong or damaged product !
They sent me a frame that had a defect and a poster which didn’t fit the frame that was supposed to have exactly the same dimensions, according to what was displayed on their website ! The worst thing is that I paid the delivery from my pocket (it’s not free) and now they ask me to send back the products again on my charge, by buying a stamped sticker on their website ! So basically they got it wrong and the fault is on their side, but now it’s ME who has to pay for THEIR mistake! How scandalous is that ??
I understand that if I changed my mind they don’t want to pay for it (even if they should as most of the website companies are doing that nowadays), but if the product is damaged or they send a wrong size, why it’s me who has to pay for it ???
FR : Pourquoi je dois payer 6 francs alors que l'erreur est de votre côté, vous m'avez envoyé un produit défectueux et une affiche qui n'a pas les dimensions indiquées sur le site ! Pourquoi je dois payer pour VOS ERREURS ?!
Déjà la livraison c'est presque 6 francs pour recevoir mon produit, puis un autre 6 francs pour vous le retourner, ça me fait presque 12 francs de payer pour vos erreurs ! C'est scandaleux.
