I've ordered from this company many times now. The speed of service is remarkable: often within minutes of placing my order the package is on its way to me. I ordered yesterday at 2pm and Royal Mail delivered at 10 this morning. Not only that but I'm able to find sleeves that aren't available elsewhere, and at an excellent price. Perfect for a fastidious gamer like myself.

I used these for the first time the other day (08/01/2024) after an unsuccessful order and let down from another supplier. But these guy were brillliant.

This was going to be a 5 star review based on the great price for the game I ordered and the super quick delivery. The game was well packaged and arrived exactly when expected. Perfect. 5 stars.

Unfortunately, Royal Mail had not provided a 5 star service and despite the packaging, the game box was dented. From this point on, 5 stars is no where near enough. Utterly brilliant, polite, quick service followed, with a choice of solutions offered. Sensational customer service. I genuinely won't look anywhere else for future purchases - my customer loyalty has been well and truly earned.

With several sizes of card sleeves seemingly permanently out of stock at my regular games retailer, I came across BGE and decided to give them a go. The website did look a bit dated but the prices were competitive so thought I’d give them a chance. Overall the buying process was very smooth with delivery arriving safely and within the advised timescales. I would happily buy from BGE again.

Ordered 5 packs of card sleeves but administration error meant only 4 arrived. Contacted them & they posted the missing pack the same day - then received next day. Excellent service. No quibbles from them and a sincere apology for the oversight. That's what customer service should be like.

After being let down for the third time by Zatu, Boardgame extras came to the rescue.
They sent my copy of the Shining Trapezohedral Cthulhu Wars tokens within 2 days.
I cannot praise them enough for the quick turnround and excellent communication.

Excellent service, I ordered Spruance Leader and was a little unsure about the company as they were selling much cheaper than others. Game arrived very quickly, well packaged and exactly as advertised. Will deffinitely use again.

I bought a bunch of card sleeves as I received the notification that the ones I was after were back in stock. They have a good variof card sleeves and very competitive price. maybe the only downside is the delivery fee quotation that goes up each article you add, not very based on weight/size of the package as it would be for any couriers, which can make it expensive for something light/small.
Anyway, the delivery was very quick considering the delays from the courier and near the Christmas time. the package didn't arrive in good condition as the courier squeezed it through the door rather than knock and hand it over as fatter than a letter, but luckily as the content is not fragile was not affected.

I was really impressed with this company - though their website looks basic, it is easy to navigate and order through. My order was dealt with very efficiently, having ordered Wednesday evening it arrived Friday morning (despite estimate of 3-7 days in the very busy Christmas period).

In particular, I had to email as I ordered with the wrong delivery address (autocorrect & PayPal, I usually double check!), and I got a reply from Ruth first thing Thursday morning to say they’d amended it for me.

I’m really pleased we went with this company, they manage to keep their prices competitive but I’d gladly pay a bit more to support a smaller business with such great customer service. It’s such a relief to have an individual reply directly rather than being fed through the circular reasoning of a bot!

Firstly I have to admit I was a little skeptical about ordering from this site as it doesn't look the most professional (no offence intended), but as everything was so cheap I thought I would take a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I was blown away with my experience. They had EXACTLY what I need at a fantastic price, and my order was dealt with and delivered the next day!! Massively impressive, and a great first impression. Ordered on Sunday, arrived Tuesday. Great service. Great price, amazon had it a little cheaper but in Italian language, but in these tough times we need to help the little guys out there so swerved amazon and ordered from these chaps - glad I did and I'll be looking through and ordering more in future. If I am honest when first loading the website I did pause for concern, but I had great value and a great responsive service.

I ordered an expansion for Quacks of Quedlinburg which was a great price, cheaper than Amazon. For new it was priced at the same value as other website "B" version (where the cellophane or box may be damaged) But came with no damage or issue.
Was ordered with 2-day delivery, wanted before going on holiday, came on time with no issues.

Despite the Websites Retro look being a bit out of place compared to other sites, the website is easy to get around and use.
The stock count updates immediately after order, something that doesn't always happen on other sites where I have later received out of stock emails after payment.

Plus the website reminds me of my childhood which is nice

Despite the not too encouraging design of the website (sorry, I understand it might be a personal preference, but nowadays it looks... different :)) this is a very reliable company with immediate dispatch, I am very pleased with the sleeves and the service. Thank you!
