I honestly have nothing positive to say about this company. The way you handle customers is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I believe I have the right to return an item that I’ve tried on and found unsuitable — whether for a refund or an exchange for a different item that better fits my needs.

Your approach to customer service has left me feeling frustrated and unheard. It’s unacceptable to restrict exchanges in a way that isn’t clearly outlined in your policy, especially when the item I received does not work for me and I’ve communicated that clearly.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was surprised when I saw the average reviews for this company because I have nothing but a really positive experience with them. I expected them to be 5x across the board.

The dress that I ordered from them is exquisite I love it. It however had a slight defect when I received to.BGM quickly issued a return (free) and sent out a replacement fee without complaint. This was refreshing after I had previously dealt with another boutique who firstly refused a return and then asked me to pay for the return costs.

I will defo continue to shop from this label in the future.

Very stretchy so might have to size down as mine was quite lose and I’m a size 14 and I got L.
