Irrespective of where they deliver to, they should permit billing addresses outside the USA, so that those who want to utilize mail forwarders are able to.

Shipping and customer service response not good.
Well, we ordered 5 heavy duty sweatshirts on 10/30/20. It’s now 11/19/20 and we have received one. I’ve emailed and called and had no response. The shirt we did get was great. Hoping the other 4 come soon otherwise I’ve paid over $200 for a sweatshirt. :(
Update:
They did respond via email today. They apologized for the inconvenience. The remaining shirts are on back order until mid December. We were offered a credit or we can wait. We’re checking to see if they mean a refund or a store credit. Don’t want a store credit in case this happens again. Wish they would have informed us when we ordered 3 weeks ago that the shirts were back ordered. We would have purchased elsewhere then. Poor communication. What little there has been has all had to be initiated by us. Bottom line: Good product IF you can get it.

Product was what I wanted
Product was what I wanted. Happy with price with the exception of shipping. Cost for shipping was not what I expected (higher). I don't mind paying the shipping costs but if it costs more than average I expect a lot faster shipping. So to those wondering how long it took. I say be ready for weeks of waiting. Otherwise, I'm happy with product and all else.
