Vicky is a cat lover and has an extensive knowledge of cats, from psychology to hygiene.
She is very trustworthy and goes the extra mile.
I recommend using her catsitting service and I would it again.

We have been regular clients of Vicky's for 10 years and she has always been very reliable and very caring. We are always reassured when we are away that our cat is in safe pair of hands and we really appreciate the updates and the pictures sent daily which means we can enjoy being away safe in the knowledge that our cat is at home, happy, and being looked after exceptionally well. Vicky has always been very diligent and we feel confident leaving our home and our cat in her care. Our cat has had a few health issues and Vicky feeds her exactly as specified with her veterinary diet as well as coming up with extra suggestions to keep her happy and healthy. We would highly recommend Vicky to anyone needing care for their cat and the fact we have been clients for such as long time speaks for itself to our trust in Vicky.

We have used Vicky for many years for our very nervous cat, and are delighted with her service. She feeds Paddi exactly as we ask, (very fussy!) cleans the bowls and removes poo from the litter tray. Quick to reply to booking requests, we have found Vicky to be perfect to look after Paddi - we have no qualms at all about going away, knowing that she is in excellent hands. Vicky is also very knowledgeable, and happily offers advice. Thank you, Vicky.

We’ve been clients for almost 9 years and have always found the service impeccable and highly trustworthy. The provision to look after our cats in their own home is valuable and gives us peace of mind to know our cats and home is being cared for as if it was the sitters own. Vicky is not only very knowledgeable about cats, their care and their health, but also has a full understanding of the law and legal requirements to carry out an excellent service to pets and their owners alike.

Very disappointing experience with Vicky. She was recommended to us by a friend and initially we had no issues so we kept using her. Over time she got very sloppy. She would not clear out the litter from one of the bathrooms and then claim she had no idea how the poo got there because she was sure the cat didn't leave her side. So the house would stink on our arrival. She would keep leaving food bowls out even though we asked her to clear them out once the cat has eaten in order not to attract bacteria and insects to the house. The final straw was when she disregarded safety instructions and left side gate to my house open the whole weekend meaning someone could have accessed my house from the garden. Then she turned highly unpleasant threatening me with debt collecting over unpaid invoice even though she has never issued an invoice!!!! When I asked for invoice she sent me photos of scraps of paper with dates and types of visits on them?! She also seems to not be aware that normal payment terms are 30 days as she started chasing me 14 days later. Highly unpleasant and unprofessional sitter.

I would highly recommend Vicky as a cat sitter. I have used her once and am using her again, I will continue to do so in the future. She is extremely diligent, well organised and professional in her approach.
I can go away with the peace of mind that my cat is in safe hands and my house is kept an eye on.

Vicky offers an incredibly high level of service. She is both reliable and professional and I wouldn't hesitate is recommending her to anyone who would require her services. No more trips to the cattery for us!

We have two cats who are nervous of visitors but need asthma inhalers to be administered daily. This makes it a real headache to get them cared for when we go away. Vicky, however is unfazed by this. She always gets them to take their medicine and clearly looks after them well as they are always happy and relaxed when we return, rather than anxious and upset as they had been with other sitters. I wouldn't consider using anyone else now.

We've had Vicky come in and look after our cat for us our past 2 holidays (and booked in for our next 2 already!) and I'd never want to use anyone else.
