never order from here, they will take your moey and never give you the products. and in addition to that you get no refund

I ordered over $100 worth of items in November of 2017. It took over a month to receive my items. I emailed and called numerous times about my package and they only answered me after I commented on their instagram page and other people were commenting about their terrible service as well. They lied several times about when my package would be shipped. They told me in November it would be shipped and it didn't ship until December 15th. I asked for a refund and they told me the only way I'd get one is to refuse the package upon delivery. Terrible customer service. They lost a very loyal customer.

I have ordered from BH cosmetics 3 times. The first two went off without a hitch, but this third time is unexcuseable. My package was a month late, I didn't get all of my items, and I'm very upset! My package was supposed to get here (at the latest) September 20th. I didn't recieve my package until October 4th. The tracking number didn't work, so I emailed customer service about it when my package didn't show up by the 22nd of September. I didn't get a response back, but I did get an email with a new tracking number that actually worked.

Ignoring the fact that my package came a month late, I am upset to not have two of my items. I ordered two of the Glitter Eyeliners in Synergy and didn't recieve them. Apparently they over sold the item, and didn't have any in stock to send to me. You think they would email me to let me know so that I don't have to find out when my order arrives. In the box came a note explaining that they over sold the item, so I guess that's something.

But I think the most irritating thing is that the glitter eyeliner isn't even listed on the site anymore, so even if I was going to order from them again, I still can't get the missing item.

really love this company and order from them all the time, only thing is shipping to Australia is really expensive, other wise great quality and their eye shadows and matte liquid lipsticks are long lasting and amazing

I bought Christmas presents for my daughters from the Illuminate by Ashley range at BH Cosmetics, These items were excellent quality. There are also regular sales and offers across the site.

This site was first recommended to me by a clerk at Sally's. I've purchased makeup numerous times over the last two years. The prices are decent and the quality is pretty good. I'm not a makeup expert but this is where I get my mascara and eye shadow. There are so many options for eye shadow! They also have nice brushes. They tend to ship orders quickly and use USPS (USA). I've not had a problem yet in which i've had to contact customer service, so I cannot comment on that area. A sort of downer is that they seem not to restock items in a timely matter. (That or some items just sell out pretty quickly...)
